Booked a deluxe double bed for 4 people. I was not given any instructions online or at check-in to add other registered guests outside of myself who booked the room. I asked for 4 room keys for the 4 allotted guests. One of the guests arrived back to the hotel late at around 5 AM with her room key that was not working. Because her name wasn’t registered, even though she was a paying guest, she was unable to get into the room. The front desk never contacted me to confirm if she was a guest. She told them the correct name & room number. I believe it would make much more sense to ask for all of the names of the registered guests at or prior to check-in to avoid problems like these in the future.
