Very nice welcome from staff. Only issues was no kettle (but there was a coffee machine in reception) and the walls were very thin.

Céntrico, cumple con lo mínimo, creo que la señora que ahí está hace de todo, limpia, recepción..... todo...... por eso tal vez no contesta las llamadas porque necesita limpiar todas las habitaciones..... llegué después de la media noche y me ha recibido bien

Fui só para dormir e não consegui. Barulho de briga, chuveiro ligado e luz acesa até às 4h da manhã. Um lixo de lugar. Cheiro forte de cigarro. A cortina não veda a luz e fica entreaberta. Nao tinha sabonete na pia..o espaço do vaso sanitário é minúsculo. Uma vergonha o hotéis.com colocar este lugar. Paguei 750 reais para pernoitar. Não recomendo.

Spotless room, extremely efficient lady at the front desk, all at your fingertips, come in and go whenever you want, no noise, very well heated, fantastic location for transport and anything you may need, very safe, restaurants and shopping within meters

Cheap and cheerful,a good central location as well

Petite chambre, lit collé au mur, donc il faut enjamber la personne qui dort pour accéder à la 2eme place. Impossible de régler le chauffage. À oublier.

El hostal impecable y super limpio. Económico y céntrico a pocos metros de Sol. La habitación perfecta para una persona, con buena calefacción, hasta la madrugada. Recomendable.

Room was as expected/advertised, turned on room fan and with 5 minutes it never worked again for the rest of our stay. Bed sheets & towels were not changed at all over the duration of our stay. Shower was either incredibly hot or cold no inbetween. But comfortable beds, good location as in the centre of Madrid, lady on desk tried her best to communicate with us as she doesn't speak English. As expected really but nice stay in Madrid.

Very good location but probably the smallest room I ever slept in

No lift so no good if you have heavy luggage or health problems. No Kettle etc and bath very very small. Reception is not managed and no English language!

El lugar limpio. Silencioso. Muy bien ubicado y excelente conectividad con el metro, buses y taxis. Solo para dormir. El cuarto bastante pequeño. Sin A/C, si tiene ventilador de techo. Caluroso de noche en verano. No tiene ascensor. Segundo piso. Sale cargar la maleta en las escaleras. Responde a los sobreprecios de Madrid. En otra ciudad, no vale lo que se pagó.
