To whom it may concern, Every hotel offers early check-in and late check-out. But hotel forced us to check-out early to clean it for next customer and no possible extension due to full occupancy. However this is not the truth, many rooms are still available. We were told to check out and leave the hotel with 4 year old kid. No humanity. Free Breakfast is not at all worthy food. Bathroom is slippery and no mat provided even after requested. Clogged hand wash basin, I've to remind couple days to un clog the water blockage. This business treats customer use and throw but should treat as god, we're giving them business but no ethics. Poor customer service, receptionist no humanity. Was told to use public washrooms on the street rather in hotel, however bathrooms available behind the reception. No humanity. Every hotel takes payment during check-out but the culprit lady receptionist took payment at the time of check-in itself. We were treated like animals. After check-out she launched an enquiry to check the room cleanliness and other stuff is intact or not as if we're thieves. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mexico. Please stay away. Lugar céntrico y tranquilo, se puede uno mover fácil y rápido. Faltó un poco más de variedad en el desayuno, pero todo bien.

Walking distance to The glorieta parque and many dining options and shops. Very close to the main roads.

El servicio es regular, la caja fuerte necesitaba cambio de baterías porque no habría y nunca nos solucionaron el problema. El elevador es de los más tardado, nunca había usado un elevador en el que tuviera que esperar hasta 8 minutos para poder ingresar. Se mete el agua de lluvia por las ventanas, ese no es un gran problema, pero fue algo penoso andar poniendo toallas para que no se metiera al resto de la habitación.

Pedí piso más arriba por el ruido, me hicieron esperar 3 horas, y me subieron un piso. Un ruido tremendo, fuga en la ventana, se metía agua y aire frio. No funciona su sistema de aviso a las mucamas y se metieron a mi cuarto cuando no quería. El elevador es una pesadilla, solo uno para servicio y huespedes.

Excelente experiencia, sin embargo el elevador es muy tardado y solo hay uno pero en general hermoso

Solo hay un elevador

Nos gusta mucho el hotel, está súper bien ubicado y es limpio y confortable, pero van dos veces que nos ha costado trabajo que nos lleven agua para tomar y que hubiera las toallas suficientes. Y el refrigerador olía muy mal.

El hotel está muy bien en general, remodelado hace algunos años y bonita decoración. El mayor problema, es el elevador, solo hay 1, y es LENTISIMO, a veces tardas 5 a 10 minutos desde que le presionas hasta que llegas al piso que ibas. El desayuno es bueno para un par de días, pero tiene pocas opciones, y hace mucho calor en el restaurante (no tiene AC) y la terraza del Roof Garden es un horno (supongo hará frio en inverno, puesto que no tienen clima)
