Petit dejeuner continental en chambre très bon rapport qualité prix (6€)

As a seasoned traveller, I have never experienced such bad service from management. A complete lack of communication, examples..breakfast times were changed and not advised on check-in. We were blamed for not advising them what time we would arrive for breakfast, regardless of set breakfast times. I can't rate the breakfast, not worth the additional cost, many local cafes offering a great breakfast. Not advised on parking rebates, as a result we paid the full price, management stated we should have asked them, we did but it had to be before we parked at the hotel We have always received information at check-in. The rooms were clean, you get what you pay for. The most disappointing part was management behaviour, there was zero accountability. Unfortunately we weren't the only guests to receive this treatment.

We had a great stay at Anesis Hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious with high ceilings, effective air conditioning, and a large balcony. While the hotel is currently undergoing renovations in the ground-floor and common areas, the staff thoughtfully placed us on a higher floor to minimize any noise or disruption. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the main plateia. Highly recommended!

I really wanted to like this hotel. Everything was going great until the bed I was sleeping on fell apart. I informed management and they fixed the bed. I was then presented with a 30 euro bill for fixing. I was shocked. The staff was unapologetic, unsympathetic and even made feel like it was my fault their cheap furniture fell apart. My question to management is, “If the air conditioner broke, would I have to pay for that too?” Again very disappointed.

Great staff - Anna was most helpful. Below the balcony of our room the night we stayed, there was a gathering of youth who were being quite loud and inappropriate late into the evening.

Hotel má veľmi slabé raňajky nebolo moc na výber je v centre a problém je parkovanie aj keď píšu že free treba hľadať miesto kde je voľne aj o ulicu ďalej čo nieje celkom ok

This is a good budget hotel with friendly staff. It is not a luxury hotel, but has everything that a business traveler will require.

It is a Basic but good hotel in the center. Staff is helpful and polite. I was happy with the overall service and quality.
