Room only cleaned every other day. Small gym is useful Breakfast is good with real cutter use. But after first day only had plastic cutlery and paper plates.

Stayed for two nights at the hotel. The facility looks and feels brand new. Rooms were in great condition and very clean. Every single staff member interaction was absolutely outstanding. From check-in to late night snack getting service was outstanding. The hotel says their policy is anything less than 8/10 is a fail and you can tell this isn’t just a statement but a value that they hold themselves accountable to. My visit was 10/10. I frequently stay in hotels and rarely leave a review. In this case I felt the entire team deserved recognition for a fantastic stay and experience.

Friendly staff and clean rooms!

Perfect room and experience. Extremely clean room and well laid out. Good location next to restaurants and staff was friendly and courteous. Spent a week and a half on the road and this was far and away best place. Highly recommend.

RED FLAG - Privacy concern: there are 2 layers of pull-off blinds, one is blackout and one is light filtering, you cannot tell which one is closed if you don't check carefully, especially when it's dark outside. We checked in at 8pm, room only has the filter curtain pulled down, only found this out the next morning. With dark outside and lights inside, it's almost 100% see through, our room is at 1st floor facing the parking lot and restaurants - this was never reminded by the front desk or anywhere; Very little sound proofing: Walls between rooms appear to be just drywalls, we could hear easily the next door room's talking, TV, coughing, etc.

Great place. The kitchenette and the shared BBQs were so useful, the breakfast was good, and the bed was comfortable. We will be back!

The gentleman that checked me in was an absolute delight and so friendly. He let me know about breakfast and everything i needed to know. The room was very comfortable and clean.

Hotel looks brand new and was immaculate. Reception - great employees working there, so welcoming and always helpful. Only confusion was we asked for every other day a tidy up in our room (we stayed a week), and they came once on the third day and not again, so I kept having to ask for supplies. Then finally the cleaners came in to do a thorough clean, but we declined as we were leaving the next day as that didn't make any sense. Breakfast - the area was modern and comfortable and great use of space. Great continental breakfast with fresh hot and cold options. Shout out to Parnisha who worked there Mon-Friday mornings, who always had a smile on her face and was so helpful, even when she was extremely busy! Could perhaps use more staff/hands in the busy mornings as it was a challenge or them to keep up with filling/re-filling of items! Room - our room was spacious and bright and the king bed was very comfy! Liked having the kitchen, could have been stocked with more than 2 of everything, in order to use the dishwasher (had to wash by hand if we wanted to use again the same day). Pool - clean but small. I could still do some laps when it was quiet, but when kids came in there is not much room. Laundry - 2 washers and 2 dryers, and on a Saturday it was busy and I had to wait a while to use the machines. But was easy to access and get coins, etc. Overall - we really enjoyed our week stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it! I give it a 10/10.

Everything was great. Super comfortable

My sisters and I were staying in a studio room with 2 queen size beds on the top floor (4th floor). We were pleasantly surprised to see a fully equipped kitchen with stove, sink, microwave and a fridge when we entered the room! The room is very big and super clean. The washroom is spacious and modern! One small drawback is the entrance of this hotel is not very noticeable; it’s a small entrance on the main street. The main street was quite busy with lots of cars, so my sister needed to be careful turning in to enter the hotel. Our overall experience staying at this hotel was great. I would definitely recommend it to others visiting Hamilton.
