I booked 2 rooms both with King beds. My friends arrived first and checked into their room and when I checked in 30 minutes later I was told they didn’t have a king bed available and were giving me a room with 2 beds. There was no apology. When I got to the room it was an accessible room meaning the room further did not meet my expectations. If I am able to book a room with a king bed months before the trip, why is there not one available? Did you upgrade someone else? Do I get a refund for not getting the room I booked? Very disappointed.
