Daha öncede çok defa kaldım güzel otel ama bu sefer c bölümünde küçücük bir oda verdiler orası kötüydü

personellerin ilgisizliği kahvaltı rezaleti soğuk resepsiyon ve restorant tamamiyle kötüydü verdiğimiz paraya acıdık

Odalarda wifi çekmiyordu 2 gün boyunca temizlik yapılmadı kapı kartları ile sürekli sıkıntı yaşandı temizlikçi biz içerideyken kapıyı çalmadan içeri girdi

Oda anahtarı kapıyı açmadı, üç defa resepsiyona inmek zorunda kaldık, yaklaşık bir saatte odaya giremedik. Duş bozuk, duş alırken su banyoya doldu, sıcak soğuk ayarı yok. Havlular eski ve yırtık. Oda bakımsız

2 farklı odada kaldık ikisindede klima çalışmıyordu

Nevresimler pisti oda genel olarak iyiydi ama temizlik yoktu.Casino için gitmiştik aslında orta miktarda para ile oynamamıza rağmen eski yeme içme olayı yoktu yani tekrar tercih etmem

Unclean room. Hotel not maintained. Air conditioner not working. TV not working. Bad location. Unprofessional staff.

Gym and pool were closed for renovations. When checked it was given a room when somebody was already there. Had to go back to lobby and get another room.

This hotel which you sold to me as five stars hotel, it is not even a two stars hotel. The bathroom was leaking. After complaining to hotel front desk, they change our room but it was same problem and bathroom was leaking. I could see many people who were complaining about their room at front desk. One elevator was completely out of order and another one was broken for a day but they fixed it. When passing hale way to get to elevator, the ceiling was leaking water. They even knew about the leak and put a bucket under it. The entrance to the hotel was extremely dirty all the time, See pictures. Since Hotel.com list this hotel on their site as five stars, I would never want to deal with hotel.com or Expedia again.

Do Not Book This Hotel I can not be any clearer than that. 1. Rooms are run down, table lamps croked, mini bar not working, hot water in shower does not work, water overflowes due to bad water dranage. 2. Staff does not even have a proper unifrom, its like the owners of the hotel told them wear anything you have at home as long as it is a white top and black pants. 3. It is so obvious that the owners do not want to invest anymore in thsi property. 4. Staff and managment are light years from a proper hotel operating team. 5. Bath towel par stock for a suite is ONE, that gives you a regular room is suffering. 6. If seems they made thier money back and now whatever comes in is fine.

Room carpet so dirty , need more training front desk , nobody answer the phone, house keeping come to clean the room usually after 6 pm

The hotel is old , the lights didn’t work for a day in the room ! The shower was leaking! The key for the room doesn’t work ! So i have to re-new the key everyday! ( my experience was bad )

The staff have no information whatsoever about anything they have no pool no exercise room and no Spa I asked to do any trips they never have no idea they have not many people speak English which is supposed to be a start a hotel unfortunately, it’s not give me that feeling at all

PROS... 1.The price point was good. 2.Breakfast was incuded and was above expectations. 3.Parking was free and easily available. 4.The casino was very nice. 5. Rooftop pool 6. Location was good. CONS.... 1.Property was/is under renovation. 2. Room had peeling wallpaper and old carpet. 3. Not all of the facilities are available due to construction.
