La propiedad es muy bonita y el personal muy amable pero está realmente sucio y necesita mantenimiento. Espero pueda mejorar esto porque puede ser un gran lugar.

This is an honest review. We loved the vibe of the hotel. The staff was trying and were helpful to a fault. The area the hotel is in is quite run down and I wouldn’t want to be walking alone at night. I understand that sometimes staff can’t work , but the restaurant and pub were closed the first night which meant calling for food delivery. The beds were good , but the floor was dirty , the toilet was dirty with hair on the back of the toilet seat. We had to go down and get toilet paper. The hotel is walking distance to the major attractions, during the daylight hours. Again , the staff was great and tried hard. I got the impression that perhaps the ownership group was young and I admire that. Honestly have to give it a 3/5. If you want funky and character this place has it. All the best! Chris.

Det var otroligt länge sedan jag hamnade på ett hotell med så usel standard som detta! 1. det första rummet vi fick, var så mörkt att man inte såg handen framför sig. Det var även smutsigt. Bordet i rummet var alldeles grusigt. 2. Vi bytte rum, och fick då betala extra. Även detta rum var så smutsigt att det påminde om vandrarhem jag bodde på för 40 år sedan. Det var mycket än damm i hörnorna. Golvet i badrummet hade långa hårstrån från tidigare gäster och även rent skräp. Även mattan i rummet var nedskräpad och galet fläckig! Det var även kvarglömda ting från tidigare gäster i rummet. Dörren till rummet såg ut som om någon hade försökt göra inbrott. För att den inte skulle slå hela natten fick vi kila in en handduk mellan dörr och dörrpost. 3 Jag påtalade för personalen (som var trevlig) att både första och andra rummet var undermåligt städade. Och bad om att de skulle se till att det städades ordentligt nästa dag. Vår vistelse var tre nätter. Rummet städades inte en enda gång under dessa tre nätter. Vi frågade och fick tillsvar att man måste ange att man vill ha städning när man checkar in. Jag kan tycka att jag bad om det när jag klagade på den obefintliga städningen, och bad dem städa ordentligt nästa dag. 4 Hade jag bokat detta hotell och det hade haft 2 stjärnor hade detta varit mer förståligt. Ett rakt igenom skitställe är min mening om The Baltic Hotel i Livepool

Staff are on hand and responsive to your needs. Great hotel in a good location for everything without being in the middle of the action.

Mycket besviken på detta ”fyrstjärniga hotell” och då har jag bott på en hel del hotell och är nästan alltid väldigt nöjd. Bokade klassiskt dubbelrum som visade sig vara pyttelitet. ”Lyxiga badrumsartiklar” betydde en kombinerad schampo/duschtvål. Fanns ingen garderob som det stod i informationen, bara ett galler med några galgar att hänga upp kläderna. Dubbelrummet bestod av en 140 cm säng utan något sängbord, men sängen var okej med sköna lakan. Endast en fönsterglugg längst ner vid golvet gjorde att rummet var väldigt mörkt. Ingenstans att ha sina resväskor så de fick ligga uppfällda på golvet då det inte fanns förvaringsutrymme. Rummet kändes inte så fräscht men badrummet var fint. Vi bodde där i tre nätter och fick inte städat/bäddat en enda gång. Personalen var annars väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Frukosten var okej, men själva matsalen var inte särskilt trivsam. Jag skulle inte rekommendera det här hotellet till en gäst som förväntar sig ett fyrstjärnigt hotell, men tänk två stjärnor så är det vad du får.

Hotel was good and rooms spacious and comfortable. Stayed for 2 nights but coffee etc wasn’t replenished on the 2nd day .

Lovely spacious room, comfy bed and the air-con was a god-send!

Loved that the Room was very quirky and yes the tv was mounted wonky on the wall and yes it’s not a fully polished article but it was good. Glad the new aircon was fully working but it was a bit close to the bed for me as when it was fully on it was absolutely freezing. Would stay again though.

Room was great, bathroom was spotless! It will be even better when the air conditioning is working. My only comment would be that the fridge was a bit smelly when I was getting water out of it. Otherwise fab stay! Thank you

Quirky.. excellent staff on duty, breakfast choice fab..good fresh produce,already looking to go back.Special mention to leanda,bubbly as a bottle of prosecco.

Interior very different from other hotels

Nice hotel in the hip district baltic triangle. Very nice staff, comfy rooms and even free but limited parking in front of the hotel. Only 15 min walk into the city or the docks. Room was a little dark and there was no warderobe or something to unpack the luggage. Also we were missing a room service during our 3 day stay. Overall we would recommend the hotel though:)

The room was clean and a good size, shower also a good size. Basin in room was different but not in a bad way. Comfortable bed Well located for both Albert Dock & City Centre

I very much enjoyed my stay at The Baltic. I found it very good value. The high point for me was the friendliness of the staff, who I found consistently excellent.

We stayed at The Baltic Hotel for one night as part of a birthday trip to Liverpool and it was brilliant from start to finish. The room was really comfortable — exactly what you want after a full day in the city. What makes this place special though is the music memorabilia throughout. As a music lover it was a joy to take it all in, and it gave the hotel a real character and identity that you don't get at a standard chain. The staff were genuinely great — friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was excellent too, well worth staying in for. And the views. We had a brilliant outlook over the city — you can see the Radio City Tower and the cathedral from the upper floors on a clear day. Stunning on a sunny morning. Would stay again without hesitation. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Liverpool — especially if you love music and want somewhere with a bit of soul.

Staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was great, and the breakfast was amazing
