Fast and easy check in friendly staff beds are comfy rooms are clean breakfast was good

Excellent, friendly staff. Rooms a bit on the small side with nowhere to sit. Common area in the lobby offers plenty of space for socializing and eating but it would be nice to be able to do that in one’s own room. Very clean hotel within driving distance of dining and shopping in Yarmouth.

This hotel has lots of nice, family-friendly amenities (even a water slide at the pool!). Rooms are comfortable but could use better blackout shades. Breakfast is your typical hotel breakfast fare (in other words, not great), although the pancake machine brings it up a notch. Most importantly, the hotel is an easy drive to the CAT ferry to Bar Harbor, which I assume is the draw for many/most visitors.

Hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. My son is gluten free and they accommodated him with his breakfast (he’s 8, so they even gave him a gf brownie!). Rooms were clean and bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to get up in the morning. I’ll definitely stay again when in Yarmouth next!

King room was not particularly large but very clean and modern. Free Breakfast typical of most hotels. Overall very nice and community gathering games room and water bottle refill station nice touch

It’s an airport hotel with a non working airport. We were there for the ferry. They did a great job

Things were fine

Tru by Hilton Yarmouth was a nice hotel and the main room and bathroom were clean and modern, although not particularly soundproof. Our room had two queen beds, a small fridge, phone, clock, desk and chair. There was no microwave or coffee maker, although coffee and hot chocolate were free in the lobby. The room had all vinyl floors, no carpet, which has always been my preference. The complimentary breakfast was good, but perhaps a little more limited than some other hotels we stayed at on our trip. There was a restaurant next door with good meals at a reasonable price, which was convenient. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book it again if we return to the area.

Convenient location with washer/dryer available for guests. There is a pool but it was weird that it was reserved for birthday parties and we had to leave - as a guest, you’d expect to have access to the amenities of the hotel. Or at least give guests a heads up so they didn’t have to get out after 30 minutes. Appreciated the breakfast that was included but everything is served on disposable cutlery and plates and cups, which makes me cringe thinking about all the garbage that is generated.

New hotel, very clean and a very good breakfast. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

It was very clean and staff were friendly. I enjoyed the communications by text when we needed accessories (I.e. washcloths). We stay there each time we visit my daughter ❤️

The Tru Hilton was perfect for an overnight stay before taking the CAT the next morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided instructions to get to the ferry avoiding busy sections. The room was basic, but very comfortable and quiet.
