Clean room. Staff are very slow if you need towels or a refill on shampoo or body wash or staff just doesn’t answer when you call the desk

Beautiful beach front property. Pool bar had very limited hours. The iguanas were entertaining but can be aggressive. Definitely would stay here again!!

Really enjoyed my stay close to ferry and all staff was so polite and gave great recommendations to dining and places to visit . Even though hurricane Erin made an appearance the staff was very assuring. I felt safe . All the staff at front desk was great wish I could remember all there names but I do remember Khadijah, I would definitely stay there again !!!!

The staff made everything easy from the start. Check-in and check-out were very quick and smooth. Everyone we interacted with was kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. During our stay, the power went out due to the hurricane, but the hotel had a generator, so everything continued running without issue. That gave us a lot of peace of mind. I also requested an extra blanket, and it was delivered to our room within minutes. That kind of attentive service really stood out. Overall, the combination of efficient service, friendly staff, and reliable facilities made our stay very comfortable. And had a lot of places to go and eat very close. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting St. Thomas.

I can’t believe how much money we paid in taxis! It was crazy! We also had asked for more towels and such and never got any..and they didn’t do a cleaning of our room bc of our shorter stay which was a bummer…

Location is not bad, but is not wakable at surroundings area. A trolley to redhook could be a great option if available. The beach bistro Sangrias, if they open until at least 10 or 11pm can give guests a great alternative ro stay at rhe hotel instead of going out.

Amazing stay!! Loved it. We rented a car and beach hoped and the location was amazing. The car ferry is close too! St. John was awesome for a day too. The food onsite was delish and so was the food at red hook. We also bought groceries which was slick. We are already planning other visit back. Hot tub and pool were amazing too.

Front desk and all facilities close at 10:00 p.m. If you arrive late at night, there is nothing available. Room was dark and musty, lower level with murphy bed. When complained at Front Desk, was told the worst rooms were assigned to bookings made through Expedia, that if we wanted better rooms, to book directly. While staff was pleasant, would not recommend this hotel.

Great location for peace and quiet. Wish there was at least some night life activities. Overall, resort was in pretty great shape on the beach. Definitely, will have to take a taxi to go outside the resort but only about 15-20 minute ride for $15 per couple.

We loved that we could go right out to the beautiful beach. We would have breakfast at the restaurant and then go out for the day. It was great to have Eric the taxi driver there to get us where we needed to be

The staff was very helpful and accommodating

Large room and clean unfortunately, lots of stairs (we were at the top of the resort). Service at the beach side restaurant was slow and under staffed food was just ok.

Every thing was wonderful. There was never a lot of people at the beautiful beach or pool.

Its property is excellent to vacation . Cleaning , good tennis court and beach

Rooms are clean, comfortable and calm. Beach can use a little cleaning. Staff rude at times.

Amazing beach front

It was a clean, safe environment. The woman that checked us in spoke very quickly and was. A bit hard to understand but was very nice. Our neighbors seemed to play some game late in the evening every night and were quite loud. Our room was an adjoining room so we seemed to here then very clearly which was not fun for us. But we just ignored it. The dining options were very nice down at Cowpet. The only thing we didn’t like was that there was a smell of sulfur in the water when we swam in the bay. Otherwise we had a great time and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Not much dining options, only two restaurants with same meals. Room cleaning service wasn’t done.

It was perfect for my first time in the VI

This hotel was decent but not what I expected for the price and based on the pictures. Maybe it’s because we were given a room in the furthest building on the bottom floor with a view of a huge plant, or because the room above us was constantly dragging their chairs around but I wouldn’t stay here again. The beds were comfortable and the beach was nice and quiet, but overall the hotel felt lacking.
