Bagged all my stuff up while at work, thinking I changed rooms but I did not. Total ruiner of my trip.

They first sent us to a room that they did t clean from the previous occupants. Then the next room we got ended up having a mouse that ate through a bag of our snacks. I took pictures of it and the mouse poop on the table. Will not go back.

I am currently laying in bed at 9:30 at night in our room. The party above us has the music so loud it is vibrating our walls. My 8 year old is unable to go to sleep. I went down to the front desk to be told he was sorry but the party goes until 11 at night. Freaking unreal, you should be able to sleep in your hotel room you paid good money for. Not a happy camper at all

Everything was going great until we discovered a mouse in our room.

Breakfast was so-so , hardly any fresh coffee to speak of.

Nice hotel

Room was clean and night staff who checked us in were very friendly. Very odd location and the pool is located where people who walk by can look in which is a little concerning. But overall was a good stay.

Rooms were clean. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Limited dining options in the area.

Room had some uninvited guests. Mice! Also person working in the breakfast area was extremely RUDE and talked down to my adult daughter because she filled water bottle with ice water.

Lack of professionalism at front desk when checking in. One person was very good but the second person completed ignored me and was taking to the first person that was trying to help me check in. Also, I called the front desk to request a blanket and help with the AC and no one answered.

Housekeeping sub-standard. Not the best neighborhood

Reported a mouse in my room- told I would be contacted by the manager, never was Power outage, no apology offered or update provided Received housekeeping the first 2 days, and not for remaining 6. Was told I needed to request it, but it wasn't posted, and as I already had received it didn't know that was needed

Staffs were friendly, but our room was facing the road which is super noisy for day/night. There's nothing nearby the hotel and the room was not clean and I don't want to go into the details about what had happened but it freak us out very bad.

Great location for a Pirate game. Suggest Max's Allegheny Tavern for beers and a bite. The schnitzel and Reuben are awesome.

If you are planning on walking to the Northshore for dining and sports and you choose to walk, be prepared to walk past many homeless people camped out under the overpass. While the room was fine, thankfully we weren't charged for the mouse that also occupied our room. Pay the extra $$ and stay closer to the stadiums in a nicer hotel.

The hotel held a party on my floor which prevented me from sleeping until 2am, the room did not smell the best, we lost outage for hours during the night, and no one offered any type of compensation after we shared our feedback
