Hotel and staff are great. Stay away from the membership team!

The resort is absolutely beautiful! It's so big that it never feels crowded. Plenty of places to hang out during the day... pools, beach, lagoon, and no shortage of staff to get you whatever you need! So many dining options, and the food is great! The reasons I did not give 5 stars: I thought it was kind of strange they didn't offer or even have water or anything to drink for us at their airport shuttle waiting area. One staff member said they would have water for us on the bus, but they didn't. The excursions/parks/ etc are a bit unorganized and chaotic. One staff member will say one thing and the next will tell you something different. Lots of wasted time due to inefficiency. 3 out of 4 people traveling with us got sick. My husband was out for about 2 days. My friend and I weren't as bad, but still had stomach issues. We all had it at different times, so I'm actually questioning their water. They provide water in glass bottles which they (supposedly) clean and refill. I know they have their own water filtration system... I just wonder if it's taking out everything that might be harmful. I also know that this happens more often than not in Mexico, but it's my 8th time to Mexico, and the 1st time I've ever been sick. I'd honestly go back to give it another try if I were able to have a case of actual bottled water delivered to my room before arrival.

Excellent staff, food, water options, the free parks. Can’t beat it 10/10

Everything on the property was great. My only critique would be to have more signs around the intersection in the walking paths to not get lost. ;)

Las últimas dos noches el olor a caño en la habitación fue excesivamente molesto, salía el aroma del lavamanos y esta área está justo atrás de la cama, pésima situación. Al llegar me invitaron a escuchar sobre el desarrollo de México dos, y me dieron información errónea y la gente que me atendió para dicho asunto muy hostil y hasta grosera

Todo muy bien la pasamos excelente hay algunos de personal que estarán peleados con la vida xq no tienen buena actitud pero la gran mayoría fueron muy amables, solo tuvimos un tema muuuuuy incómodo fue el tema de los vendedores qué afuerza te quieren vender algo, fue nuestra primera vez en el hotel y quieres vivir la experiencia de entrar a tu habitación y admirarla pero tener a alguien ahi en ese momento incomoda, luego te marcan a las 8am para decirte si vas a asistir al desayuno y bla bla blaa así fueron dos más que nos encontramos pero bueno en general el hotel está espectacular algo que nos quedo a deber fue la comida y más en el mercado de San Juan, nada espectacular

The room service made me almost want to leave bringing me undercooked food as well as not wanting to fix the food when they brought the food not as ordered. Ordered a burger it was undercooked on top of that I asked for it to be well done and with just cheese and they did the complete opposite. Had hella toppings and didn’t fully cook it burger was so pink I would’ve thought they microwaved for 30 seconds. The fact someone would even look at it and be brave enough to bring it to someone to eat is insane. The pizza also was not great either. Outside of that the hotel was very nice and clean. I don’t think I would recommend getting the room service but the rest of the food at the hotel was ok. The staff in the front was very nice. Despite the inconveniences with the food I would give the hotel another try if I come back to Mexico .

Hotel Xcaret Arte by far the best place to stay. You will never want to go anywhere else with everything they have. It was so beautiful
