Worst stay. Beds felt like a water bed. Hotel also doesn’t respond to emails if you have enquiries

La habitación en general bien, la alberca necesita un poco de mantenimiento pero en general bien. La cama súper cómoda, el bar no existe nunca está en funcionamiento, el desayuno incluido no vale la pena, solo te dan opción de desayunar huevos revueltos, estrellados o un omelete. La habitación aún que entraban diario a “hacer limpieza” el baño nunca lo lavaron, en especial la zona de regadera, las toallas a veces las cambiaban a veces no y en ocasiones no ponían el respuesto de toalla de mano o facial. El personal en Recepción, en especial Orlando muy amable, atento y ameno. Angelita en restaurante muy atenta tratando de atender de lo mejor a pesar de las limitaciones en los productos.

The staff was helpful and knew English well. The room was neat and clean, AC was turned on 23C before my arrival and it was just perfect! I enjoyed my stay at this hotel very much.

O hotel e limpo e bonito. Quartos grandes. Area de massagem no meio das arvores e cachoeira foi uma otima sacada. O cafe manha porem muito fraco. Nao vale a pena pagar por ele.

It’s a good hotel but to me the bed was too soft. There is no coffee maker in the room making a little challenge for me. Otherwise the staffs on roof top restaurant were very nice and helpful. The pool on the roof top is good too.

Really no complaints. I had room G07 on floor level. It was nice. Breakfast is expensive, i just walked to chedraui. But overall for $60 on a saturday night i was not mad at all

Es un hotel que se encuentra entre la mitad del pueblo y de la playa, cerca de liverpool express, tiene una placita con un oxxo al lado izquierdo viendo de frente el hotel, en la parte de Enmedio del hotel, está un jardín con fuentes y amacas exageradamente relajante

Great location. Loved biking around the area. over to the national park and beach there and centro

The property is very nice. The room was nice, as seen on the pictures. The staff is amazing, very helpful and kind. It is walking distance from downtown, and from major supermarkets. Not that close to the beach, but you can take a "colectivo" (little bus) which is only around $US3 Don't take taxi its a steal. The hotel's breakfast bar is very basic.
