広くて、何より全てが綺麗で、気持ちよく過ごせました。電車の音はたしかにうるさいですが、耳栓も準備してくれてます。自分は使用しませんでしたが。

部屋は綺麗で清潔でした。広さも家族4名で丁度よかったです。タオルや、歯ブラシなども人数分用意されており便利でした。 電車の音と、上の階の物音はかなり聞こえます。

線路沿いなので電車の音は仕方ないのかなぁと思いますが、調理器具でフライパンが変形して蓋が閉まりませんでした。 もう少し調理器具か揃っているといいなぁと思いました。

El hotel es excelente, solo me hubiera gustado que el proceso de check-in fuera más fácil. Tuvimos problemas para usar el tablet de la entrada y en el link enviado para el check-in. Fuera esto, el hotel es súper limpio, espacioso, cerca de la estación de tren y ferry.

1. 住宿地址錯誤：Expedia平台提供的旅館地址有誤，與實際位置相差約300公尺，成為此次旅程唯一的不滿！這導致我們一家四口（兩大兩小）在38℃高溫下找了兩小時才抵達旅館，體驗極差。幸好熱心麵包店店員與專業計程車司機協助我們順利入住。強烈建議Expedia立即更新正確地址，以免其他旅客遭遇相同困擾！ 2. 旅館設施與環境：旅館房間寬敞、網路穩定，設施令人滿意。然而，旅館過於靠近平交道，火車經過時的噪音與地板震動嚴重影響睡眠品質。

宿泊施設は清潔で、アメニティや食器等が揃っていて便利です。 夜中電車の音が気になりましたが、他は静かでした。 エアコンも各部屋に付いていて良かったです。

電車の音が少し気になりましたが… とてもいいお部屋でゆっくり出来ました。

The property is so close to the train station / ferry! We had a excellent stay, and it was great value for money. The only con is that there aren't any restaurants at walking distance. But we only stayed for a night, and highly recommend it!

Excellent place to stay, with the exception of the road and train tracks behind the building resulting in a fair bit of noise. There were ear plugs provided which helped a little bit, but the noise was still quite loud. Despite this, we still really enjoyed our stay and loved the unit!

Was reasonably close to the station that you could walk to it. Beds were good. Reasonable cost for the area. Clean, spacious and comfortable. I would stay there again. It was nice to get to the ferry and temple early in the morning before all the tours from Hiroshima showed up. It is a bit noisy being close to the train lines. I initially thought it would be a problem but didn't seem to be and we all slept well. It certainly wouldn't stop me from booking there again. They provide ear plugs if needed, Check in with these hotels without staff always makes me, a non Japanese speaker nervous. It went smoothly enough. When we went out for a walk later there were two English speakers having trouble getting into there rooms. The issue seemed to be that they had 2 rooms on one reservation. If booking more then 1 room I would recommend using a separate reservation for each room

全体的にきれいで、宮島も近くで良かったです。

すごく綺麗で子供がいたので おうち感がよかったです！ ですが電車の音がうるさくて あまり寝れなかったです！

This is my second time to stay here and plan to do so every time I am in this area. it was perfect for my needs Communication from the remote staff was great. Very good instructions in English and Japanese.

部屋自体は綺麗でとてもいいですが、道路と線路の隣で、一晩中うるさくて、まったく寝れません。耳栓用意してますが、それでも寝れないぐらいうるさい。残念です。

Close to the rain station. Spacious and well equipped for a family. We had a little difficulty finding the place at night since there is no sign. Drawback is it is quite close to the train tracks and you can hear them go past the entire night.

Great apartment but train noise too excessive during the night

線路の近くなので音や振動はありますが、部屋は広く清潔で快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 機会があればまた利用したいです。

Upon booking, you are emailed a registration number by the host to be used at check in. Check in is autonomous with an iPad and is fairly simple. The room is very clean and spacious. It is however located near active train traffic. I did not mind but my guest was bothered by the noise when trying to sleep. Ear plugs were graciously provided on the nightstand. I would stay here again.
