When I called to inquire about my reservation for 2 rooms and cancellation of 1 room, the receptionist was not very helpful. After receiving the information, the night shift receptionist promised to tell the management and get back to me the following morning, but no one did. Due to using public transportation, I got to the hotel pretty early and paid the early check-in cost. Bell and HK are adorable in addition to the receptionists' lack of professionalism. Since the hotel's ownership just changed, I ask that you make more improvements to the amenities.
