Clean room, excellent and friendly staff, huge room

Hospitality at its best. Coming from me as a former of a star hotel and now travelling the world, the staff at this hotel are the best hospitable I uave had in my travel experience from check in to check out . Want to mention Denisa and Iomut. They are a great asset to the hotel and Bucharest as a whole in terms of hospitability. They are the reason this hotel will be my home in Bucharest. 100% service from them

Place was quiet, Roomwas big and clean, bed was comfortable, and I enjoyed the location. anyway, I was at the sixth floor and staff did not clean the room regularly, even if I hung out the clean sign. breakfast was mid and the juices tasted horrible. Moreover, there is no fitness centre available outside the hotel that is actually for free for the hotel guests as Expedia erroneously indicates.

In großem und ganzen ein gutes Hotel. Jedoch hatte das Zimmer zahlreiche Beschädigungen (beschädigte Wand, wackelnder Tisch neben dem Bett, nicht feststellbarer Spiegel im Bad). Des Weiteren erhielt ich ein Zimmer für Rollstuhlfahrer. Dies machte sich an der Einrichtung bemerkbar. Ich selbst bin jedoch keiner. Dies war nervig da man beim Duschen das ganze Bad unter Wasser setzte, da keine Trennwand vorhanden war. Warum mir dieses Zimmer zugeteilt wurde konnte mir auf Nachfrage nicht beantwortet werden.

staff is very friendly BIG ++ breakfast was god hotel room was god and clean. i like when the mini fridge is empty it's easy to use . hotel location is not the greatest it's a little to far from the city tok 10 min with a car.

Struttura pulita, camera spaziosa, colazione dolce e salata buona e abbondante. Unica nota negativa il personale molto poco sorridente.

A little cold in the room even with the temperature set at 26 degrees barely reach 22.

Short business stay. Good speedy check in and room functional. Quite large and comfy bed. Good shower so all basics done. No water / tea / coffee in room. Hotel a little out of old town but very near Politehnica. Would stay again.

This is the second time that I've stayed at this property. Housekeeping was wonderful- the room was spotless and serviced every time I requested it. Albert's place has delicious food at a reasonable price. The hotel is in a residential area which is very quiet, but you can easily walk to the Metro or bus stations to get to where you need to go. There is a grocery store behind the hotel within walking distance. ibis has the best beds and the best showers of any hotel in my opinion. I definitely will return to this hotel
