Nice, well equipped and decorated hotel, right in the middle of Austin night life. Great rooftop. We enjoyed our stay, but if you are looking for quiet night's sleep, keep looking. They do provide white noise machine.

Property beds are really small bed really uncomfortable too sleep in and restroom next too shower disgusting .

The hotel was an amazing experience. With it being a half block from 6th street this was an easy decision too book. This is two hotels in one. The Tommie and the Thompson. I stayed at the Tommie. I booked a city street view that over looked the pool and city below. The bed was very soft but a little firm. The restroom was an interesting concept as the toliet was separated by the shower by a door but shared the same floor but had a small bamboo pallet to keep your feet dry. Overall would recommend

Staff was nice, and pet friendly. The hallways smelled like mold. The pool was not clean there were food crumbs floating around. The price point does not meet the quality.

Impromptu honeymoon when I flight was diverted to Austin from Dallas then delayed 5 hours. Staff was so friendly and helpful with recommendations. Our first night we ordered room service close to closing but they were super accommodating and even gave us a bottle of wine when they heard what happened.

wasnt even a room- super small and crappy layout and no ammenities like water ice. things i would think in Texas are a shoe in.

Property was good but the surrounding area was crawling with homeless groups. It was sad to know that the capitol of Texas was riddled with drug addled homeless population we need to do better

There isn’t enough space to share how happy I was with my stay at this hotel. I was in Austin for a work trip and stayed the weekend for pleasure. And Tommie gave me that and more. As soon as I walked thru the doors; I knew I made a good choice in booking. The front desk staff were fantastic. Smooth checking process and was greeted every time I walked thru the lobby - even if they were busy checking in or out other guests. No; let me start from the beginning - the valet were attentive. Helpful. Carried my bags, opened the door EVERY time I entered the building. My room was on the smaller side (but they definitely are letting you know this when booking) but super comfortable for just me. The hotel itself is gorgeous with multiple spaces to chill, eat or drink. The pool was always bumping! I do wish they had a DJ there during my stay as that really would have kicked it up a notch but the music they played was great none-the-less. Judgement free zone with plenty of staff to help with whatever you need. Housekeeping, room service, lunch at the pool and drinks by the pool - all great! Accommodations and location were great. But no onsight parking.

Very nice property

Beautiful hotel. Incredible design, walkable to many cool places downtown, great scenery and great service.

Stayed in an accessible room. The accessible bar was too close to the toilet lid and the lid would not stay up.

Loved the pool. Enjoyed our free drinks at the Royale Room! Would stay here again
