Worst hotel stay ever. Everything that's advertised was not available. Did not have food advertised on the menu. They had our laundry since Friday and gave it the day I was leaving which was 4 days later. I am allowed free shuttle service to the airport as advertised in my amenities and now saying I have to pay for the shuttle service. Some staff didnt know how to use the proper debit machine

Good location, but the staff is lacking. Poor maintenance culture. It's disappointing to see such a beautiful place left to disrepair because the staff is not trying enough. My room comes with free breakfast, but they seemed to run out of Nescafe satchel and sugar. Fot the amount I pain, it was unacceptable.

I enjoy the Cleanness of the hotel.
