Bruno is a great host and communication was excellent throughout our stay. The apartment is located centrally in the old town area and has many amenities on the same street such as cafes, restaurants, ice cream shops and supermarket, literally within 25 yards. Air conditioned apartment with plenty of space (2 adults with a child), kitchen appliances including, fridge, coffee machine and hob made our stay even more comfortable. Definitely worth-while place to stay as it was so easy to get to main attractions in Split. Clean and modern interior, Smart TV on swivel stand which is cool! And the beds mattress are firm and comfortable. The apartment is at the top of the building so there are stairs to climb! However, it is therefore resonably quiet so there is the trade off.

It's a beautiful apartment in the heart of the historic center...shall definitely stay there again if I return to Split. A beautiful home away from home and within walking distance to everything...loved my stay there...

Excellent location for our stay in Split. Right in the heart of the historic area, with lots of restaurants, bars and cafes close by. The apartment is beautiful, actually better looking than what you see in the photos. Bed was really comfortable. We could not have asked for better quality or standard. Bruno provided a personal service by meeting us with keys and told us some of the history of the building. It is clear he has poured a lot of time, effort and money into providing a top quality place to stay.

Lovely property and couldn't be in a better location, right in the heart of town but still quiet with it being top floor. It was spotless and has everything you need to base yourself here to visit Split and the sorrounding areas. On arrival, Bruno met us there to give us the keys and gave us some local recommendations which were really useful. I cant fault the place!
