Avoid this hotel. I informed the front desk at check-in that I’d be paying on checkout and would need a receipt in my company’s name. They assured me it wouldn’t be a problem. But at checkout, they refused to issue the receipt. When I asked for the manager, they were called but didn’t show up or respond. I had to leave to catch a flight, and the issue was left unresolved. Unprofessional, dismissive, and clearly not customer-focused.
