Rooms very clean

Great customer service. Very clean and comfortable. Easy access to 90. Lots of places to eat.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was genuinely disappointing. The biggest issue was the cleanliness, especially in the washroom. It was clearly not properly cleaned before my arrival — there were stains, old toiletries left behind and used toilet still in the toilet bowl. It made the entire stay uncomfortable from the start. For the price I paid, I expected at least a basic level of hygiene, which was unfortunately not delivered.

Keys were turned off a day early and room was not cleaned on the last day. I don't mind limited maid service as long as I am notified ahead of time. Breakfast was avaliable to order, but with an hour wait time...otherwise decent property.

Great hotel! Very clean and the staff is amazing:) only thing I wish they would’ve listed that there is a $75 hold until you check out on here but other than that I have nothing but good things to say about our stay here!

Staff and the property were great. Dinner offerings were a nice addition. I don't like being charged $75 for incidentals up front. It's not a deal breaker, but it is annoying to have to check the receipt and make sure it is returned. Charging $5.00 to park in the parking lot at the hotel is the one thing I do object to. I paid $170 for a room. That should cover parking on the property.

You need to fix breakfast. The gentleman that took the orders and served the food was way too busy. The first day our order was wrong and the 2nd day he gave our food to someone else. The system set him up to fail

Check in was a breeze, the young lady who checked me in was very personable. The room was great for the short time i was there. Very clean. Comfy king bed.

I booked last moment and it may have influenced the room options, but my main issue with my stay is fairly poor value for money I got. I have family of 5 with one of the kids disabled, therefore breakfast and dinner in the hotel directly is important for us and we strongly prefer single room for all of us. However we needed to have 2 separate rooms (because they didn't have any single room able to accomodate 5 people) and the food turned out to be only a so-so - especially dinner was nothing to write home about. Compared to a Drury hotel in downtown Pittsburgh we slept the night before, the Holiday Inn in Erie was a definite downgrade.
