Hanna at the front desk was an absolute G. We loved her. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Thank you so much for the late check-out. Hotel was quiet, clean and updated.

Poorly built design, loud floors and paper thin walls, you could nearly people talking and walking all night.

Clean property, kind staff, perfect location that is relatively close to St. Louis Downtown. Delicious breakfast is also available.

I was promised I would be able to check in early due to a late flight. I had been told a note would be made so I can check in early. When I went to check in, no note was left and I was told I could not check in because her supervisor was no where to be found for half an hour to approve me checking in. I was charged an extra day and asked to pay for an extra night so I could check in or I would need to find somewhere to stay. Tired from 12 hours of traveling, I paid but was very frustrated with the entire encounter. Out of a weeks long stay, house keeping only came by 1 time. The room was ice and the thermostat was broken.

The front desk was great and hotel was building was nice. Customer service at the bar and food was very poor and disappointing.

Great Hotel

Sofa bed was not ready for the triple room. There were some old sheets folded in the sofa. We had to ask for bedding and make the sofa bed ourselves. No bodywash was left in the bottle. We specifically asked for our room to be cleaned everyday. They forgot that first day. We reminded in the afternoon. When we returned at night, the room was still not cleaned. When I complained and asked at least for new towels from the reception at night, the fella was nowhere near being apologetic. He even paused and gave me a dirty look. Imagine that! I tried so hard not to escalate the situation. Our room was facing the sloping highway. So, you hear a lot of engine brake noise of big trucks 24/7. Lobby and room are clean and sleek. Breakfast is good. At the end of the day, this is service business. When the service sucks, design and good food just doesn't cut it.

Nice place . Very ultra modern

The hotel is clean and safe with easy parking. Our issue was the bed was extremely firm. Also the AC is extremely noisy and since the hotel is along an interstate there is lots of vehicle noise.
