This is my second visit and the apartment was great as last time. My only concerns this time was that there was no desk which is in the listing. So I had to work either at the breakfast bar or on the sofa which wasn’t ideal. The apartment was also a strange shape meaning washing up was really difficult as there was a corner cupboard over the sink. I appreciate they’ve done the best can with the space but it wasn’t quite as good as last year

The heating was not working correctly they came to fix it but it went off again during the evening and it was cold. The sleeper bed for the kids had no pillows just the big cushions from the couch and toilet lid was broken. Perhaps we just had bad luck but was not the greatest experience. We loved the music theme and speaker in room. Its a great concept like i said perhaps we just had bad luck

Amazing! Could not fault this property. The apartment is beautiful and so well organised with everything you could need. Communication was great and we will definitely return.

Sehr sauberes Hotel. Alles toll außer die ansässigen Ukrainer die dort dauerhaft wohnen. Es ist sehr laut im Gang

It is a great place to stay. I had a larger room which is well equipped. Place is clean and staff was very helpful. I stayed there twice last year. Both times were great.

Exceptional, beautiful, immaculate hotel, deserves the highest rate in all! Has absolutely everything you need for the pleasant stay! Very clean and fully equipped. highly recommend it and will return again!
