Excellent stay rooms were a little dark lighting was poor

Stayed for five nights. Smallest reception ive been to. Not the place for you who seek a quiet one.

The area was the biggest bonus! The staff, service and accommodations excellent! Highly recommend

Loved it, easy access to the shops, hotel was lovely, modern and clean and everything was close by

Over designed hotel felt like something run by a venture capitalist and designed by AI. Staff were upbeat.

The staff was incredible, very helpful, very responsive, very courteous. The spa was great and included. There is a Taxi stand right in front of the hotel and a Metro station right in front so transportation is fantastic. Many café/Bars in close walking distance. Very centrally located to several attractions. We had the quad room at the top which was nice, very clean and plenty of room. The maid service was prompt and very good. The breakfast was good and decently priced. I don't have a single complaint on this hotel. Highly recommended.

It is a different kind of hotel and experience. The staff is outstanding and the cleanliness is top-notch.

lovely establishment

A collection of apartments spread around the block. very private and quiet. rooms are huge and well appointed. we had a good time listening to the extra loud stereo and the themed rooms made for a whimsical stay. highly recommend this hotels location and pricing.

The hotel is amazing. However our apartment was way too dark and got frustrating! We spent 24 hours mainly lookimg for stuff! For £400 a night i would expect a kettle milk and maybe a biscuit? But despite there being tea and coffee you had to request these. Bit ridiculous. On checkout we left our bags to collect later. Went to collect to find butler was only one with key...... and he was away somewhere. Had to wait 20 minutes for bags. Bit fraught when you have a flight to catch. Lastly..... 3 bottles in shower. Great quality bodywash, shampoo.... oh and bodywash. No conditioner. Again for 5 star that should be a given. Tiny niggles.... so close to perfect. And i would stay again. There is a 5% " butler" charge which i declined to pay. Had there been a kettle/ milk there we woukd never have used one abd just to add it is more than a bit cheeky. As i said, great concept, quirky, amazing bed, a lot of thought gone into lovely details...... almost perfect but for £400 should be perfect.

We wanted quirky and it certainly was, very clean and staff were lovely. Only negative was the soundproof rooms were definitely not!

Central hotel, fantastic decor, cocktails and sushi. Try the crab tacos....stunning. bathroom floods when showering so take care....floor very slippy wirh no hand holds. Staff amazing.

If treat yourself was a room, this would be it. I travel a ton and I have to say that this room/hotel is the best I have ever stayed in. We arrived late but we were met with our butler who took us to our room and we were shown all the gizmos and gadgets of the space. The room is sexy, spacious and has ALL of the amenities you would need to feel like you’re getting your monies worth. I loved the staff and our butlers. Talk about helpful and responsive. The restaurant Tattu that is located on the top floor was drop dead gorgeous. The food deserves a BEARD award- this is not hyperbole. I wish I could take that bathroom with me!!! My birthday was celebrated in style.

Amazing stay in London! Perfect location and convenient! Lots of shopping and restaurants right outside the door. Accommodation was an experience in itself. Very cool! Definitely will return.

Everything at this hotel is top notch, except for one aspect. The cleaning staff seem to be having issues and often didn't clean things or left the room, partly cleaned with their cleaning supplies and equipment still in our room. The rooms are absolutely dreamy, and the location is wonderful. Definitely would stay here again.
