You cant beat it for the price. Currently under new mgmt which had much kinder service than previous stays. The rooms are spacious, clean, and bed comfortable. The parking lot is well lit and fenced, and you have to get past the office first so its a little more secure than it could be. Pool was clean and decent (we didnt use it though). Cost us about $20 round trip to the riverwalk in an uber on a saturday night. My only real complaint was that we had two small pillows on a king size bed. Ive stayed ON the riverwalk (in both historic and 5 star places) and will probably never again. Its just not worth the price imo.

The room was dirty and in general disrepair. The bathroom was moldy and there were roaches. The bedspreads had cigarette burns and on my bed, the quilt was actually a fitted mattress cover! It was right next to an elevated highway so there was a lot of traffic noise at night. It was probably the worst place I have ever stayed in.

They couldn’t offer me a room for the time I came in. I couldn’t get a refund for my booking and they double booked me for the same room. Do not use this platform

Read the app descriptions. A hidden parki g fee was a surprise. The place is run down. Room was clean though

I’d say this is an okay place to stay if you’re only sleeping there. I’d advise to check the sheets and make sure they aren’t dirty. We requested new ones as the other ones had makeup from I’m assuming a previous stay. The bathroom door would get stuck on the top when we tried opening the door so we had to have someone push it from the other side. Location was definitely convenient though.

Very bad experience want to charge for parking $10 a night and $100 deposit a night. Refrigerator had stuff from previous people that stayed in room.

First thing first 10-dollar parking charge I have been using this app for a while, I have never been asked for parking fee second they had an ironing board holding the door to the bathroom that did not close properly also the front door lock did not work either and had roaches crawling in the walls had to check my whole luggage never using this Hotel

The room was very dirty & unsafe yhr sheets were stain with pee &the blanket had blood spots all over it the lights didnt work , we went & seen two rooms & choose not to stat the front desk didn’t seem to care I would never go back & I want my MONEY BACK - I had kids with me this was very unsafe

Towels were filthy, the bedding was stained and dirty, the free breakfast had nothing offered and the coffee was cold.

We had to pay premium for the valentine's day (we flew in one day earlier due to snow storm) and it's definitely not worth the money. The room is spacious but has a weird smell. The breakfast food is horrible with a few pieces of white bread and two kinds of cereal. The service was ok and front desk person was friendly.

This should not be on your list of recommended hotels, as it's rundown and not well-maintained. The deadbolt didn't work on my room (but no room to switch to), the fridge didn't work (also, no ice machine!), there was no hairdryer nor coffeemaker in the room, and the desk person had to scour a storage room to find a hairdryer. Breakfast consisted of cold cereal or a bagel--no protein, no fruit, not even hot water for tea. It's not near the Riverwalk either. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

The pillows were quite flat, towels were clean but didn’t smell fresh.

This was the worst place I could’ve stayed at. In one of the 2 rooms I booked, one of the beds had bed bugs and the bathroom had black mold. it was disgusting. not to mention the staff had an attitude when we tried bringing it to their attention. never staying here again.

First of all they charge me 40 dollars for the parking lot,i want to know why? Second of all on those four days they never clean my room and change the towels i have to go to the office and change them
