Finally a nice hotel where the beds are comfortable and the restaurant serves seriously good meals. Receptionists extremely helpful! Pool was nice and refreshing- great value for money

From check in to check out the property looked amazing. Food was okay. The pool was a nice addition but closes early. Unfortunate if you spent the day out on the town and wanted to return for an early(8:00 pm) dip. All closed up. The most major inconvenience is the AC. The rooms are pretty locked in between 75-80 F. Great in the winter. Sucks in the summer. Every attempt the staff made to appease us failed. The room just got hotter as the day progressed. Thermostat was set to 22 C. Temp was reading 26.5. Hot outside equals hot inside.

The property is well kept and clean. Front staff are very friendly and helpful. I encountered an unpleasant situation with the dining staff. Maybe it was a bad night or busy night, but I strongly recommend for the management to ensure that all diners are treated timely, fairly and not prioritized some guest based on a specific race. Please respect the do not disturb sign. Upon leaving I made sure to put a do not disturb signs, because we were in a rush and left things open. Upon my return, it was clear that someone was in the room and made the bed. It made me uncomfortable knowing we had our items open. The night before leaving, we noticed a few things missing from our luggage’s including our daughter shoes that she wore two nights before. Not sure if it disappeared on its own, but I left me wondering…..I didn’t alert the front desk, at that point I just wanted to leave, and I checked out early morning the next day. Shoes or other items can be repurchased, but feel unsafe in a room your paid for was not okay.

Bit out the way, definitely need a car if staying here, lovely views from room over the pool and the country’s. Could do with more than just one coffee sachet in the room. Staff were lovely, hotel very clean. The restaurant menu was a little basic, nothing special or much Italian on the menu more steak, burgers and pizza.

Hotelli sijaitsee kaukana jopa viimeisestä metroasemasta. Kun saapuu asemalle kannattaa soittaa hotelliin ja pyytää kyyti. Hotellin ympäristössä ei ole ulkoilualueita eikä kävelytietä. Uima-allas on hyvä.

Super trevligt hotel! Ligger lite avsides och inga gångvägar från hotellet, men ändå smidigt då hotellet har en chaufför som kör till och från hotellet. Det enda som var mindre bra, var att baren var dåligt bemannat. Ofta tomt på personal trots stt baren skulle vara öppen.

Even though the hotel was very busy. There was an even at the hotel. The staff and the services were excellent. The rooms are big and very well organized. Highly recommend Thai hotel

The hotel was ok. The staff was friendly and helpful for the most part (ice and ordering food at the hotel restaurant.) The breakfast was great with lots of different options. My suggestions for this property involve the wi-fi signal, air conditioning and signage. Unless you’re in the lobby area the wi-fi signal was unreliable. Unless you speak to the front desk the air conditioning is subpar. You have no control of the temperature in your room. This was the most disappointing part of our stay even after requesting a colder temperature several times at the front desk. My family often woke up throughout the night because of how hot the room had become. The restaurant served the same special every night and even though we loved the cheesecake with hazelnuts and berry cream we felt there should have been more options. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the pool area was very nice. Finally, I suggest better signs and/or more signs showing directions to the hotel entrance. Several taxi drivers kept stopping at the restaurant door that is closed and there is no access to it because they couldn’t find the front entrance to the hotel. Overall, things were alright and there is room for improvement. While breakfast was great, dinner could be better. While the hotel lobby is nicely decorated you needed to be careful walking to the pool area without tripping over a mountain of towels. I honestly don’t think I would return just because of the a/c and wi-fi issues.

Great place away from city hassle, it was quiet and comfortable with free parking.
