The hotel property cancelled my reservation on my day of my arrival. In a phone call with them, they said they aren't licensed to accept non-Indians. But they didn't explain why they didn't inform me earlier, only that they would refund any deposit / payment. Disappointed & much inconvenienced getting another local hotel that evening at the last minute.
