Wanted to have dinner one evening, was rejected as I was only 1 person and did nor want to sit at the bar in the restaurant. Restaurant was at 19:30 85% empty and Manager told me all was booked. I did have dinner in the lobby bar, sitting at a regular table, while there for 1.5 hours more guests let the restaurant and entered - wonder what Restaurant Manager's objective was - one for sure no 1 person guest. I did tell her I was a guest of the restaurant, but was send our of the restaurant with bad attitude. In the room (341) I missed a wardrobe to have my clothing while saying.

As always great - but the room was very hot despite it wasn't really warm in Copenhagen. The AC was turned off.

Great location, central but quiet and colourfully stylish. Felt at ease as soon as we walked tbrough the doors! Loved our (size L) room, loved the colourful deco and overall easy-going vibe of the whole hotel experience. Where some hotels lack attention to detail, don't move with the times, or are even reluctant to be generous with their guests, 25hours in Copenhagen is very much the opposite. My teenage daughter enjoyed using the record player in the chillout room, and perusing the hotel shop - we were amused by some of the 'spicier' items on offer ;) Dinner at the adjoined Neni restaurant was delicious, staff adorable too! I'd return and stay here again with family or friends for a fun weekend and hope to sample the foyer bar next time! I'll be recommending!

This hotel was in a great spot. It had food options, a small workout area and an outdoor sauna. We did have some issues with our room but they did address them (some timely, but another was delayed). Staff was accommodating. I would stay here again and recommend it.

Excellent location, spacious room with interesting decor. However, service was more limited in this hotel. No maintenance staff on property after 10pm to deal with plumbing issue, which was surprising for a hotel with this many rooms, and housekeeping limited to every 3 days unless special request. All in all, a premium location at relatively reasonable rates but need to understand that this isn’t a hotel with lots of service bells and whistles.

We had an amazing stay at 25hours Indre By. It was a small oasis in the city centre. We had dinner at the restaurant 3 times and the food was delicious. Just be aware that the bathroom is not separated from the sleeping area.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was a superb hotel, very well located to everything, shopping, attractions and dining. The decor and amenities in the hotel and inclusive mini bar items unlimited, were absolutely lovely. Loved the toilet and basin colours, and also the restrooms downstairs a real feature. A nice relaxed, chilled out space to enjoy with zero pretentious vibes. Thank you for a wonderful stay. All the staff at the front desk were awesome. Thanks again

Great central hotel with easy metro access to airport. Good breakfast with all the classics and some modern takes.

Lobby bar was a bit short on ingredients and mixes

Perfekt läge i hjärtat av Köpenhamn och nära till allt. När du kliver in genom dörrarna möts du av en hotellbar och det är en härlig atmosfär med människor och personal i ständig rörelse. På väg mot receptionen finns det en mysig lounge som du kan spela vinylskivor på en klassisk Bang & Olufsen-spelare och mängder av skivor att välja på. Det är en lekfull, men stilfull inredning i hela hotellet. Mycket trevlig cocktailbar som vi rundade av kvällen på. Vi hade bokat tre rum för vår vistelse och alla tre rummen hade olika färgsättning och personlighet och var alla mycket fräscha och rena. Personalen är väldigt serviceminded och trevliga. Vi kommer absolut att bo här igen nästa gång vi besöker Köpenhamn.

Great location. Staff was so nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. sauna was a nice treat.

The staff was quite accommodating, providing me spare chargers when I needed them. The property seemed very clean and lively.
