The view in our room was amazing! Loved that it was relatively close to a park.

Although our stay was comfortable the rooms need updating and refurbishing as you can see that small things are not being fixed before rooms are rented. A microwave in each room would make long stays more enjoyable allowing for small meal prep.

Only problem was could not get an Uber

Front desk staff was very attentive, professional and helpful. Room was very neat and clean...bed was comfortable...quiet area. Nice to be able to get to a restaurant inside, when it was pouring rain outside. Food was excellent at the Bistro. We had a taxi ordered for the next morning, and it came right on time. We would certainly stay there again.

Not much to do on a Sunday

Friendly helpful staff. Close to Heron Island ferry terminal. Nice clean rooms. Good value for money. Pub and bistro attached but hotel is far enough so no noise from patrons. Would stay again.

Nice and comfortable bed and ticked all the boxes for what we needed. Christine from the reception was really helpful in directing us on where to go in town, great staff!!

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was well furnished and clean. Bed was comfy. Hotel ammentites were great with a well-priced menu. Close to wharf precinct and shopping strip. Enjoyed our 1 night stay.

A great place to stay when visiting the nearby entertainment centre. Check in friendly and efficient, room spacious, clean and comfortable. Only downside was with the pillows which we didn’t find comfortable. Would stay again but take own pillows.

Came back to hotel after dinner, had to have id to enter via bar area despite being resident. Had to get up to room to get id. No breakfast. It is just a gambling and bar facility, nothing for hotel residents.
