Clean and spacious room

It was actually really great. The staff were lovely, rooms impeccably clean, beautiful interiors - breakfast sensational. It had a friendly vibe and yeah we just loved it. If anything, our room was slightly smaller in floor area to what we're otherwise used to, but that did not impact our 1-night stay - the pool was on the small side too and had limited moments of sunshine, but on a 40-degree Saturday at the ass.end of school holidays, this small limitation was not any kind of dealbreaker. I'd say again.

Room was great . Young tall lady at breakfast was lovely. Tall dark headed man , with accent, on check-in, done his job , but no pleasantries about him .

Great property. Although the pool bar was not open the whole 2 weeks. Would have been great to sit and easily order from the bar.

Rengøringen på værelset var forfærdelig. Lange sorte hår på gulvet. Støv på hylder og i vindueskarmen og endnu mere under sengen. Vinduer og sejle var ikke rengjort ordentligt og havde store blamager af pletter på. Endda gangarealet ved værelset var beskidt med madrester og endda en vatpind liggende mig på gulvet i flere timer. Roomservice kom først efter 17 om eftermiddagen selv om vi havde klaget over værelsets renlighed. Desværre blev det ej heller gjort ordentligt i anden omgang. Mad og personale var søde og høflige.

Yes the response to our enquiries wasn't helpful. Room was too hot & front desk / maintenance couldn't rectify the situation?? Wife had the $26.00 breakfast? Turned out to be 40.00? then added another $4.00 Sunday fee?? Then got charged an extra $5.50?? for a room fee? Also asked for a later c/o 1:00 12;00 ok but would be $30.00 for the extra hour?? Overall a poor experience & I will definitely t3ll people to avoid your establishment. Also we charged some dinners to our room. Apparently this exceeded the $100.00 deposit we put down & to CYA they bumped it to $155.00 Guess they didn't trust us to cover our bill @ check out. Really good PR on your staffs part. Quite lame overall.
