La chambre que nous avions réservé il y à plusieurs mois et confirmé n’était pas disponible. Notre chambre était pour deux et nous étions 4. Aucune solution ne nous a été proposé pour régler la situation. Nous avons dû dormir sur les divans. On a demandé à parlé au manager , il ne s’est jamais présenté et n’a pas répondu à nos messages. Très mauvais service client

Decent hotel but they tried to charge approximately 80 per cent of the room rate as local taxes whereas the actual figure should be less than 10 per cent.

J’ai profité d’une promotion à 70 € la nuit, ce qui en fait vraiment une excellente affaire pour la chambre la plus simple.

Perfect

The room was clean and spacious. It is a fairly convenient location to the tram and main roads to grab a taxi. The furniture (like the dressing cabinet) is a bit wobbly. If you book with Expedia, make sure you are clear about what is covered and what you paid ahead. When we got there, we were asked to pay an extra hotel fee that was not mentioned anywhere in their pricing. They said it is like a city/property fee that we had to pay per day and per person (including kids - and we learned that kids below 18 should not pay it)

This hotel is located near restaurants and a 15 minute walk to Adgal train station. The hotel is comfortable but the bed was a bit stiff for my taste.

Zacarias at the desk was always friendly and helpful. The location in Agdal was perfect and the room had a lovely terrace. We would definitely stay here again!
