Great sized room and great location

Nice clean spacious room! Beautiful lighting options, lovely island, kitchen, washer/dryer. Everything you need. Location is fabulous. Really, a wonderful stay. We’ll be back!

Tout était plus qu'impeccable. L’espace est bien pensé, la cuisine est pratique tout en se fondant à merveille avec la chambre .l’esthétisme moderne se marie très bien avec le charme historique. Un coup de cœur. Le lit et les oreillers sont d’un confort absolue . Je n’ai aucun négatif à dire, j’ai tout aimer et nous avons eu une excellente nuit de sommeil. Je recommande vivement.

These cool New York-style lofts have everything that you need (good coffee!), the area in Old Montreal is ideal (truly a perfect location to explore the city), it is close to some of my favorite restaurants and cafes and very walkable, Phaysall was incredibly helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend!

Clean. Bathroom Sink in the middle of the room. Big kitchen with everything necessary to cook, eat and clean up afterwards! Shampoo contitioner, body wash and hand soap available, no body lotion. easy checkin. Great location in old port. Would recommend.

Fantastic location. Excellent room (the kitchen has everything you need to actually cook) and amazingly spacious. Very nice and helpful staff.

The loft was spacious with all the amenities you require for a 7 night stay. The area was walkable and in a quiet neighbourhood. Phaysall was extremely courteous and accommodating who made our stay enjoyable.

The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the tv system is Roku to screen mirror but my Netflix or Prime accounts didn’t let me screen share because they couldn’t see that it was an hotel room even though I set up the Roku system to disconnect when I check out… bottom line I couldn’t watch anything on the TV’s

The David is wonderful. Quiet and Clean! The neighborhood is perfect. Easy walk to everything. Highly recommend!

This was our second stay at the David Hotel and once again it did not disappoint. The service is absolutely amazing — friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent and so convenient, which is always a plus. Everything from the atmosphere to the overall experience was just perfect. We will definitely be returning again!

Room was pretty cool and super clean. Washer dryer, kitchen was well stocked if you choose to there, nice towels and bedding. Would definitely stay again. Very central for walking Old Montreal, and the Bell Centre. Lots of near by restaurants.

Everything was spotless and had everything you would need, including kitchen ustensiles and appliances!

Highly recommended, would stay again. Comfortable bed with clean linens, ample pillows, ample towels, apt has great lighting options for different ambience or needs. Good air conditioning/heating. Tall windows, good light. Loft kitchen and laundry were clean and in new condition, all supplies (pots, pans, glassware, china, stainless, etc.) in new condition.

The room was perfect and spacious! It had everything needed to stay a week or even a month! Quiet suite and outdoor traffic noise almost none existent. Slept on a very luxurious and comfortable bed. Staff immediately available via phone and very helpful. Lovely stay. Also easy walking distance into Old Montreal.

Staff we encountered were fantastic. Responsive, accommodating and professional. Not the hotels problem - but the industrial style was not for us and we found the room layout to be poor

People amazing onsite. Room lovely. Suggest big pieces of local art in hallways to brighten space. I will be back as will my friends!
