Excellent clean

Perfect place to stay and in the middle of all attractions from Downtown to Mount Rainer and Olympic national park. Convenience stores all around for a late night snack to dinner. Beds were super comfy would definitely book again!

Easy check in, accommodating and super responsive host. Quiet and beautiful neighborhood. I’d stay again!

We stayed in suite 8. It was great. But would like to bring to your attention the electrical outlet under the window. We plugged our phone charger in and the cord was so hot it could hardly be touched. Tryed another outlet to see if it was the charger or the outlet. The charger was fine in the other outlet. The evening brought strange snaps or some sound from that outlet. Thought you should know, so you can get it checked for safety. It made me feel uneasy. Thank you.

Great stay at sweet suites

The room was appealing with nice design. The bed was very comfortable. I just needed a room and bath, but could have used a few more resident-useful items such as Kleenex and a few toiletries, tea bags, things I didn’t need to replace .. the microwave was beautiful, but hard to reach and too complicated. As an older person, I found things difficult to use. Without help and lacking an elevator, I wouldn’t have been able to manage. It did feel strange not to have manager on the premises but I did not have an emergency. The location was great for me.

It was cozy and safe.

Perfect little spot.

The location is great, the price is fine, and the amenities and easy of access were all big positives for me. However my first morning the electricity shut off in my lodging and was not turned back on until that evening. I promptly communicated the issue to the hosts and they gave me confusing instructions to turn up the nobs in the breaker box, which is not how circuit breakers work. The breakers were not well labeled so I would have had to flip every switch to get power back to my room potentially impacting all other guests in the property. The hosts were responsive but resolution wasn’t completed for several hours.

Simple, cheap and effective Will stay again for sure

Great experience, if there would be something less positive about it, it would probably be the noise between the rooms and sound from the main road. However, we had a lovely stay, good sleep and it was a good price. Parking might be harder to find during busy hours, but nothing more than a 5 min walk. Would stay again!

This was my first time using Expedia & booking in a small building. Excellent communication & the experience & room were exactly as advertised. I was able to easily find street parking. I'm a local but I recommend this for visitors.

Good place

I liked the area and the building with near parking spots. Did not like the mattrass, and the stumbling floors of people above...but OK, for the price I paid. Thank you

I had a very poor check-in process as it took me over an hour and a half to gain access to the property after being bounced around to people and each time the person not doing what they said they were going to do. When I finally did receive the check-in process email they sent an invoice for the wrong amount for cleaning. The experience is a mess. Research your options and just know this may not go as planned.

There are very few well-priced places in the Ballard area. Sweet Suites provides a great and clean alternative to a hotel without being too costly. They tried to think of everything you might need while away from home - and provide it! The room had a microwave, stove, and a mini-fridge - helping with those food costs as eating out is pricey in that area. I struggled a little with the access codes, but once I figured it out, it was not difficult. There is very little parking around there and I recommend not having a vehicle.
