The rooms were great. The parking garage and lobby areas had overflowing trash cans and just not picked up well.

Our stay was very nice. Very nice place, terrace was nice.

This is a nice hotel, but a bit odd because the first two floors are parking. (You have to go to the 3rd floor to get to the lobby). Not a big deal, just a little different. Positives: Clean and quiet, and staff was friendly. Negatives: nothing major. The television's HDMI cable was completely unhooked from both the TV and the wall, so I went ahead and connected that myself in order to watch TV. The fridge was warmer than the room, but I didn't need it bad enough to investigate whether it didn't work or was just not turned on. The shower was a walk-in (as I requested), but the door-less design leaked quite a lot of water onto the bathroom floor.

TV didnt work. I told front desk. maintenance supposedly fixed it but it wasnt fixed

The receptionist was extremely rude at check in. The room was unclean when I entered (feces in toilet, hair covering the shower floor, and random nails on the floor) I then told the receptionist the room was unclean to be told a manager would contact me, just to hear nothing back. The parking garage is nice but if you have to leave after 10PM on a weekend the one way road out of it is barricaded and blocked by hundreds of people. Close to great food and music but if you aren’t a party person seems extremely unfit. 10/10 would never book again and 3 days later have yet to hear from the manager.

Great place to stay, mattress needs replaced. Had to pay for parking but the arm wasn’t working so anyone could have parked there without paying, not cool!

Great location and comfort. We had to pay for garage parking but that was on us as we were rushing to attend a wedding and didn’t have time to get our parking pass validated. Wish he nice to improve that process. Have to say the check in process was the easiest out if any hotel stay

Great location to KSU and stay!

Check in is located on 3rd floor and looks like it is part of a food court, definitely not obvious to a weary traveler. Rooms were nice and relatively well appointed. Ours did not have a microwave as advertised.

The parking garage is good, but hard to get to when coming from the wrong direction. Watch out for the one-way road.

The desk agent has been super helpful—even made me a fresh cup of coffee. Great location for KSU visit!

Nice place and location but value isn't great once you factor in the high price of parking and paid breakfast.
