Staff at the hotel were very helpful. It took me a while to be able to change some details of my reservation. I went with a limited movement relative but the hotel is not well equipped to manage this, missing ramps, missing pool seats, etc. Food was good authentic Colombian food. Pool was well maintained, highlight of the hotel, of note, it is from a hot spring, so it is for relaxing, which it was. Overall, we go there as it is one of the three places where you can get hot spring water in Paipa, not recommended if limited mobility guest is part. Also may need some renovations, it looks a little aged.

My family and I love this hotel. Great rooms and cabins, tasty food and the thermal water pool is great. We also had a massage and it was the best ever.

Muy buena la cabaña 2 Hab, 2 baños, sala con chimenea y pileta de agua termal Había un baño tapado y fueron y lo arreglaron rapido Nos dieron fue 2 camas pero también las nos las unieron. El desayuno muy rico Y ayer el almuerzo y la cera en el restaurante también muy rico.

Tiene la mejor ubicación de todo Paipa. Si tienes una habitación con vista al lago te vas a sentir parcialmente recompensado , de lo contrario pienso que no. El hotel tiene mucha tradición y se ha dormido ahí, en sus laureles. Está pidiendo remodelación a gritos en amoblado, decoración, acabados.. Me parece muy costoso para su estado actual, parece que el tiempo se hubiera detenido allí . No está deteriorado. Está anacrónico, ochentero, anticuado .

Muy buen descanso. Ojalá trabajem en actualizar las habitaciones.

Conozco el hotel hace muchos años, es bueno y tiene la mejor piscina termal de la región, la comida típica es buena Tuvieron un error en el check in, solicité dos habitaciones para 2 personas cada una y solo reservaron una, nos dieron una cabaña para 4 personas con un camarote muy incomodo
