The hotel stay was great. We were however a little disappointed with the hotel breakfast.

The design and girly touches are great I had an entire day plan as I was only staying one night.. bfast and pictures and sitting on their porch but when I woke up I saw a BED BUG on my pillow! I was mortified . The manager and someone else came in to strip the bed, so happy I took pictures . I was offered a free pastry and told because I booked through Expedia they couldn’t do anything regarding what I paid for hotel night… Expedia only offered me 15% credit! Terrible customer service I had to rush to wash everything before settling in with family my day of fun was ruined. The manager seemed understanding and staff was nice but for a well known expensive hotel and my first visit to okc this was unfortunate for me

What an amazing place! 2 females on a work trip....we could not have picked a better place! Honestly, stay here! I tried to think of a negative and have none. Food =delicious, drinks=phenomenal, value...couldn't be better. Rebekah and Sam were wonderful hosts!

They put me in a handicapped (I am no handicapped) room which was a very unpleasant shower experience. The shower also needed repairs, such as grout repair. There was leftover toothpaste on sink. It was next to a main road which was loud and the walls were super thin. I could hear every person outside my room. A small fridge in the room or ice machine, would've been super helpful.

Overall, the property is nice. We were four people staying in the hotel and we were told at check-in oh sorry but the only room we have available is handicap access so we had to stand in A bathroom with no designated shower and had to have another person hold the spout while the other person showered. Again had a reservation for 4 and only had 3 towels. I was not shown amenities and very very uncomfortable walking into the waiting room and just being stared at. Staff was mostly friendly but again did not communicate well. The hotel is all brass keys, door handles, sink handles etc. my hands stunk like brass the entire time I was there which is gross and I kept having to wash my hands. The water cup at the restaurant had a fishy smell When it was time to check out there were no staff and the fob to use didn’t work so I had to leave the physical keys in the room (no key cards)

We have stayed here several times but this stay was not a pleasant stay. Upon arrival staff was somewhat rude over their not knowing if we prepaid or not. Demanded we give them credit card info and then charged us for incidentals which took a week to get resolved after checkout. The price we paid was higher than advertised on Expedia & when my wife tried to show the hostess our Expedia receipt, she was very rude and acted like we were beneath her & not up to par in her standards to stay. Had we had known prices were going to change & we were to be treated rudely we would have opted to stay elsewhere but wife didn’t want it to ruin my birthday trip. The house is lovely & clean. We just don’t think we will be back again as this was not a great stay being treated the way we did , that also made my wife cry. There were 2 hostess that were doing the check-in and it was the older one who was very rude & condescending.

This place was so cute. The rooms were great and surprisingly quiet for being one giant house. The restaurant was wonderful. Only issue is the parking lot is kind of small and sometimes it was hard to find parking.

We had a wonderful stay in the modern family room which was perfect for our family of four. The design and decor is beautiful. Everything was so nice and clean and comfortable. We loved the dining and convenience. Definitely will stay again next time I am in town!

Beautiful hotel

As a business traveler I get weary of the same ol' same ol'. This hotel is absolutely the breathe of fresh air I welcome! The staff is lovely, the room is well appointed and super clean. The design from the night stands (outlet top facing with usb connections) to the wash clothes, (I love a dark cloth) to the BOOKS on the night stand. Ogden Nash vintage book, just spectacular. There are only a couple things as a business traveler than I offer up as an improvement. 1. Having a fold out rack to put my suitcase would be good (I used the wide chair) 2, The height of the open concept closet rack is quite high, my shorter colleague could not reach it 3. Where the desk is if you could run an extension to plug in up top, that's just a nice touch, like you did on the night stands, no one like to crawl under a desk to plug in. This are all just suggestions and certainly would not preclude me from booking there again. The common area is stunning and the bar/dining room is gorgeous. I also loved that the evening we went was 1/2 price wine night. Benefit of a the weekday traveler. Thank you again for a fantastic experience in OKC. You have a new fan.

The staff was super friendly. The room was clean and provided everything needed for a short stay. I love the sitting spaces like the porch and garden area. The breakfast and coffee was convenient and delicious! I hope to visit again soon :-)

I was very creeped out by the staff that checked me in.

We had an enjoyable stay. I just wish you had a full mirror somewhere in the room.
