Overall a good experience. Staff was friendly but not very attentive at first tho it did get busy at times so I can understand. Food was ok, lot of competition around the area so menu could use some work. Hotel room was a dream, but there was a lot of dust in many places and public restroom/loo downstairs in the back of the restaurant area could use some deep cleaning. Also was disappointed that Brewdog no longer makes/sells their Hellcat drink when it was probably their best. Everything is within walking distance, from shops, museums, cafés, restaurants, landmarks, pubs and clubs. Felt safe at all times tho the walls are not very noise proof as advertised. Would definitely recommend you stay here if you're a bachelor, a new couple or if you're traveling with a friend. I'd definitely go back again

nice rooms, good bar and roof top terrace, fun place for a boys trip with full focus on beer and party. For me, solo travelling for work, it was not great. I asked for a quiet room but was on the front with traffic along the road and bar noise (ear plugs next to the bed..). In the morning when I ordered a cab for the airport I was not explained that the direct tram service to the airport was just a few steps away and was told that 20 min late check out would be GBP 20. Seemed petty. Got the feeling the rooms are just an add on, focus is on the bar

Returned earlier today from an absolutely fantastic 2 night stay at the Doghouse, Manchester. Couldn’t fault a thing. Great quirky hotel, really stylish room, superb location, awesome staff, typical fantastic range of Brewdog food & drinks. And what’s not to like about having a Hazy Jane in the shower?!? I had been local forward to this trip for ages & it exceeded all my expectations.

Lovely Room, Nice and quiet and very comfortable bed. Brilliant staff service. General nice style hotel and will definitely come again.

Had an excellent stay in April 2025. We stayed in the upgraded room and added the beer shower package - absolutely worth the money! The room was spacious, with a fully stocked mini bar and treats to buy while in the room (which were very tempting). The staff were fantastic and so helpful. We were able to drop our bags off before check in (which were taken to our rooms) and they held our luggage for us while we explored Manchester the next day. You are also given a voucher for a free drink in the bar and £15 credit on food. We used ours to have dinner - which was delicious. We will definitely be coming back again!

The lighting and ambience of the room was outstanding. Despite being in the city centre, the sound proofing of the room was excellent and I had a great night's sleep. The ales and food was as good as ever. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

We had a great stay at the Doghouse. We were greeted warmly on entry at the end of the bar inside the Brewdog on the ground floor. There was a credit towards a meal and a drink organised for us. The room was very clean, styled nicely and had plenty of amenities available. Thank you!

Absolutely great stay. A warm welcome from staff and they remained helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The room was brilliant: comfy bed, nice bathroom, underfloor heating, vinyl player and ever a guitar! The bathroom door didn't quite close... not ideal for new couples.... but not a problems for us! The food was excellent: a great veggie range! Ace beers on tap and range of spirits too. Lovely extra touches like shower beers, water on tap and pick and mix. Will be coming back but this time spending 2 nights! Loved it! Highly recommend!

Outstanding stay,top staff especially the manager Adam,the room had the best stocked fridge,a turntable and vinyl and a guitar,also managed a beer or 2 from the shower fridge!!! A dark room but once your feet hit the floor low lights come on and also in the bathroom to save switching the lights on,definitely one of best weekends away.

Fabulous quirky hotel. Friendly, helpful staff, perfect central location, spotlessly clean, great breakfast & lovely comfy bed. We were worried that it would be noisy being above the busy bar but very quiet.

Great stay, hotel is really unique. Food was great as was the service everyone was really attentive and helpful.

Much needed break for two tired parents and this place ticked all the boxes! Wonderful rooms, amazing showers, comfy beds and beer galore! We will be back!
