Exceptional hotel beautifully located in nature. Modern facility which provides great insight into local culture and cuisine. A great base for exploring Alentejo. Great food at the restaurant with meals rooted in local dishes. Nice spa facilities. Although there are not enough superlatives to describe the place, the real gem here is the staff. Kind, polite and attentive. The hotel is extremely child friendly, perfect for families with children. This, however, can be a downside for those without children.

What a great experience! All that you can expect from a great resort on such a beautiful place. Suitable for all type of tourism but specially good for families.

We loved our stay here - a one night get away from our 2 year old who we left with the grandparents. Though once we arrived I had wished he was with us, as there was such an incredible kids program on offer. Even though the place is clearly very kid/family friendly, it still has a beautiful inviting grown up feel, definitely something for everyone. The food was good, the indoor pool lovely, the grounds are peaceful. We'd consider coming back for a proper family holiday in the future.

Lugar muito agradável, experiência muito boa. Apenas a água quente da Villa que sempre terminava antes do final do banho de todos. De resto, hotel realmente muito bom.

A estadia foi simplesmente fantástica! Adorei o hotel. É muito confortável, decoração magnífica, staff muito simpático e comida deliciosa. Aproveitamos o bom do inverno e o acolhedor da lareira, agora quero regressar no verão para aproveitar a piscina. A minha filha adorou os animais e a zona kids com as cabanas de madeira e baloiço.

Hotel com nível de serviço 5*. Ambientes interior e exterior muito cuidados e agradáveis. Ótimo para quem tem crianças, quer pelas áreas que lhes afeta, quer nas atividades que lhes proporciona, quer pela simpatia das funcionárias. Os adultos também têm os seus espaços próprios. O pequeno almoço é bastante bom. Único senão: o restaurante tem um menu pouco conseguido e caro.

Lovely hotel but a lot of flies especially in restaurant and in tv room of villa. Outdoor pools unheated. Fun kids activities.

Beautiful property

Smaller than the other Octant hotels I know but just as nice. Attentive service, beautiful rooms, very nice breakfast. Not much to do inside the property, but that was expected. The only negative point was the amount of dogs: apparently it´s their "thing", and at times it does feel like a pet hotel, with lots of dogs barking everywhere. Noisy and not ideal

Tudo ótimo, com apenas pequenas falhas no serviço de restauração devido à falta de staff qualificado e com compensações permanentes dos chefes de sala.

Struttura meravigliosa super suggerito

No geral o hotel é excelente, confortável e com ambientes muitos agradáveis. O espaço kids e as atividades para crianças me surpreenderam positivamente. No entanto, o motivo da minha estadia foi comemorar o meu aniversário e quanto a esse ponto achei que poderia ter havido um pouco mais de cuidado e atenção. O cartão de boas-vindas no quarto não fez menção a essa data e somente tive um "bolinho" com velas no café da manhã do meu aniversário. Considerando o padrão do hotel acho que poderiam buscar surpreender mais o cliente. Outra questão foi quanto à garrafa de vinho por ser Silver no hotels.com que tive que solicitar e houve uma certa demora até essa questão ser solucionada, mas recebi o benefício. Por fim, gostaria de abordar o café da manhã que é, de fato, muito bom e farto, mas não me parece fazer sentido haver a cobrança a parte de certos itens, caso queira um omelete com determinados ingredientes ou um tipo de ovo diferenciado. Não pelo valor, mas simplesmente por não fazer sentido no conceito desse tipo de hotel. Ou o café da manhã é todo pago a parte ou está tudo já incluído, ser surpreendido com itens que teríamos que pagar à parte não foi simpático.

Dejlige omgivelser, rummeligt værelse, hyggeligt med dyr på stedet, venligt personale, god morgenmad. Frokost og aftensmad i restauranten er ikke imponerende, for få cykler, dampbad virker ikke, der mangler fliser flere steder i indendørspoolen hvilket ser sjusket ud, og der trænger til at blive malet flere steder i SPA’en, fitnessrum kunne have bedre og mere udstyr.
