Great experience with service and beautiful property!

This is a terrific property. The rooms are excellent, the pools are super, and the variety of restaurants is more than sufficient. The service could be a little bit better. For example keeping the rooms restocked with coffee and drinking glasses. Also a free shuttle to the golf course would be helpful Rather than having to order a taxi each time.

We enjoyed it very much and the gardencomplex is just stunning with the different pools and the stuff so friendly. The beach area also very nice. From nearly perfect little flaws, that food prices are too high and Kids Club women should interact with kids and not just be there on her phone.

Das Hotel liegt am Ozean, wunderbare Lage. Die Anlage ist toll gepflegt, Personal greundlich und das essen sehr gut - überall volle Zufriedenheit. Einziger negativer Punkt: Leider ist der öffentliche Strand ungepflegt, voller Kamel-Kot und man findet viel Plastik. An diesem Strand sind viele hochklassige Hotels - es sollte doch möglich sein, gemeinsam eine Reinigung des Strandes zu organisieren.

The staff at this hotel goes above and beyond to make ones' stay enjoyable and memorable. The views of the North Atlantic Ocean are stunning. As a luxury wellness resort, there should be more lunch and dinner dining options for greater variety. The Japanese restaurant, Morimoto, is the better of the two with good food, staff and overall atmosphere. Overall, a great stay.
