Neat apartment in walking distance from old city . Fully equipped kitchen. Big AC- very appreciated! Big 60 inch smart Tv . Laundry machine. Nespresso coffee machine. Toaster. If you come by car , parking on the street nearby was not possible ( all full and no much space). But parking in underground location is very safe and worthed. There is an elevator from parking up. All access is by card. We took the breakfast option , but we didn’t know the location is 7 minutes walking from the apartments and is not buffet but a la carte( one hot meal and one hot drink). It opens at 9;00 am, so if you need to check out at 10:00 you barely make it back if you rush .

staff was very attentive. the room was equipped and clean - except the couch had many stains on it, i avoided sitting on it. the bed was quite uncomfortable and when we took a shower the water leaked into the bathroom. wifi worked.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Great location close to restaurants and pubs etc. Also walkable to river Daube and other sights as well as main shopping area. Great stay 😊

Nice apartment to stay, very well located, with reception and bag storage. Only recommendation is to keep the hall clean, it was dirty for the 3 nights we were there, asked to clean it but stayed the same.

Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Frühstück war okay, aber musste ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß laufen.

Ordered a superior family apartment with balcony towards Dob Utca. Quite dirty on arrival. As if beeing empty for ages and not cleaned before we arrived. Got dirty feet when walking on the floor. Only when room was cleaned during our stay, it was cleaned very properly. Also the corridor between apartments was very dirty and smelly. Apartment worn down with cheap furniture. Doors on kitchencupboards loose on hinges. The tv-table ready to break and the 60 " TV with cablechannels was a 42 " with no channels. When stating that we booked a superior apartment The receptionist first pretended that he would fix the TV. Then told us the lack of beeing unable to watch TV was only a minor issue and did nothing about it. He generally seemed very incompetent and though mentioning two cleanings during our 2 weeks stay, we had to go to reception to tell we didnt have cleaning on the day promised It stated a combination of shower/bath but it was only a shower. No workarea for PC. Stated to occupy 4 but we were only 2 and could hardly fit our things in cupboards. Not one single hook in the bathroom. No toiletpaper-holder so you had to touch the entire roll with dirty hands. The chaiselounge on the picture was just a small ordinary couch. So if being 4 the fourth had to sit on a kitchenchair. It is stated that there is a first aid kit. This i not a fact. Soundproof walls are very thin so you can hear other guests partying at night.

Not booked an apartment before but when we arrived we were pleasently surprised. It was a lovely, clean, spacious apartment with everything supplied that was listed. (The only thing they didn't list was an ironing board! But when i asked for one, they went out and bought one!) We had a lovely stay and were able to walk to most places as the apartment was in a good location. I would highly recommend these apartments

The apartment is in a great location with the majority of bars, restaurants and transport connections all within walking distance. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great City and would definitely recommend these apartments.

Es un departamento moderno y nuevo de 3 recámaras, 2 baños completos, sala de TV, cocina completa y lavadora. El departamento está muy bien decorado y tiene unas persianas eléctricas que oscurecen completamente la habitación, así que duermes muy agusto porque el complejo de departamentos es muy tranquilo. El departamento es bastante amplio y las personas de la recepción son muy amables nos dejaron dejar las maletas ahí porque llegamos antes de la hora del check in, nos regalaron jabón para lavar y también café para hacer en la cafetera. Recomiendo ampliamente este lugar para hospedarse.

Lovely spacious and clean apartment. Comfortable bed and lots of wardrobe space. Very comfortable lounge and dining area. Dishwasher and washing machine if needed. Location great for walking and seeing all the sights. Excellent bars and restaurants nearby.

We had nice three bedroom apartment with garden. Our stay was very nice. Reception was helpful. Building and apartment safety was good. It's all good over all. Highly recommendable. Grocery shopping was so close too. Thank you for lovely team! Good luck
