I loved the location and the front desk staff. The front desk were friendly and provided great options of places to go. I wasn't impressed with the housekeeping. Location was perfect along with amenities of beach bag that included towels. One of the elevators wasnt working so only 1 elevator which delayed getting to and from room.

The beach is very close less than three minute walk. What was disappointing is what they call an ocean view. The ocean view has the top of other buildings and dumpsters before you even get to see the ocean.

This was the most beautiful hotel I stayed in Fort Lauderdale. Everything was perfect - the room, the breakfast and the lunch by the pool. Had an excellent staffer named Kennedy - friendly, helpful and kind. She gave us a fast service and made us feel at home. I only have two negative things. 1) The parking. The hotel charges $53 a day valet parking but charges $25 for daily beach parking. Insane being that your guest should have access to cheaper parking than the outside world. Parking charges need to be re-evaluated specially when we paid less to park in and outside lot a few blocks off the beach. 2) You charge $100 a day for protection instead of a flat fee like other hotels than run $250 or less. I am glad once I checked out, the funds were returned to my account the next day. Overall I loved this place and would stay again. I would recommend but not sure others would like the parking and insurance fees.

I didn't like that parking the car is an extra charge. $53 only 24 hours.

Real nice place BUT only 1 working elevator the ENTIRE time. Takes 10 minutes to get from lobby to 8th floor (of 10 floors).

This was our first time staying at this location. The lobby was clean and put together. Our room on arrival had a very odd and musty smell that was very strong. I informed staff and they sent someone up but she said she didn’t smell anything and it was a chemical used for the rust. We opened the balcony doors and tried to increase air flow but it never went away for all 4 nights we were there. Our room was decently clean, it didn’t feel fully deep cleaned though. The elevators took at least 5-7 minutes to arrive and sometimes you’d hit the down button and it would take you up which was slightly inconvenient if you had a reservation or uber to meet. It is a safe area to stay and they provide a beach bag and two very nice towels to use while you’re there.

Our(my wife and I) overall experience was wonderful, with a few complaints: 1. Out of two elevators, one was out of service the whole stay from Friday to Tuesday, so the wait time was 5+ minutes each time. 2. Not enough dresser draws to unpack our suitcases and place our clothes. Only two were available under the mini refrigerator, so we lived out of our suitcases. 3. The auto sensor lights in the bathroom would constantly turn the lights off when taking a shower, leaving us in the dark until we would open the shower door and wave a hand to turn it back on, multiple times. 4. Overall the staff that we encountered throughout our stay was wonderful and friendly. Our oceanfront view was beautiful and the surrounding area as well.

They would not offer me a 5pm late checkout, even when I offered to pay extra. This made no sense as on line they still had plenty of rooms available for that evening. Needless to say they lost business as we ended up getting a day pass down the road at another resort. They definitely have some dumb manger who doesn’t know how or seem to want to make money.

I came out of town for surgery. Upon checking in the said that they were holding an extra 100 a day for incidentals to be returned 3-5 if nothing happens. Turns out it was for parking, food I would never eat and some other stuff. Not sure why they just werent up front about it. Then the day after surgery in pain I wake up at 2 a.m. take a strong pain med go to get back and there is a bee above my head on the wall. I wasmt able to get any help with it. Unable to switch rooms even if I downgraded rooms. So it was either pay for another day or drive home after taking a strong pill or stay up and be even more tired to just drive home after checknout that day. Pretty hotel but I had a terrible experience at the end which was exaccerabted because I was exhausted and managing pain. The lack of communication was upsetting. I waiting over an hour and 20 minutes being told someone was coming to help with the bee and not until I go down to the desk she informs me that ..Oh Im sorry there are afraid and not going. Twice with poor communication. There was zero resolution offered. I just went home. The oceanfront room is pretty.

The location and views were amazing. A few things to know that is not mentioned at booking. Make sure to use the “$30 credit”, if you don’t use it you will be charged anyway. Also, the accidental fee per night is $100. Online it says that the pool closes at 11pm but the pool closes super early, 7:30 to be exact. Other than that we enjoyed our stay here. I would book this hotel again just based off of the location.

I stayed at this location for 7 days with family booked two rooms . The rooms were never cleaned throughly. Where if I had a mop I would have done a better job , the area rug was never vacuumed. The bed sheets were never changed not even once, The location was great , close to beach ,and other amenities.Please note if you love shopping please lock everything up in your suitcase. I bought my daughter a pair of shoes and a beautiful evening clutch from Bloomingdale’s on my second day. My daughter did not think that the house keeping would take it so she left the bag next to her suitcase on the floor. So when we return back to the hotel after beach the next day. The bag from Bloomingdale’s was missing. We went to the lobby to report it missing. They did their own investigation claiming that house keeping thought it was garbage and threw it out. I didn’t want to make a scene , in front of my daughter.The lobby manager did reimburse us., but we felt we had to lock everything we bought. We never ever experienced theft before in your own hotel room, as we usually travel in Europe we never encountered this.
