Checking was terrible and staff support lacking. They told me I never travelled before because they refused to give me a receipt of my $300.00 deposit. They don't have Atm and did not communicate anything regarding wifi or anything. The room was small and not that clean. Found someone socks in the pullout sofa bed. Advised and nothing was done. Bathroom had some brown spots in shower area. Need better customer service and room need to be a bit more cleaner.
