Nice pool area with good staff in the bar. Convenient area, right by metro and walking distance to several nice areas to hang out/tourist attractions. Though Omonia has a reputation it is not bad, if you want peace and quiet maybe choose another area (or town :) ).

Wonderful hotel 10/10 recommend

I stayed here for 7 nights in May and the location is good though the large roundabout outside can be noisy on certain evenings. The breakfast was good but things could have been labelled better. The pool was small and unheated but was a nice addition. The room was a balcony room and was a very tight squeeze with an odd layout. But the biggest issue of my stay was on the 3rd day it seemed like housekeeping had accidentally taken my pajama top along with the sheets when they cleaned the room. I told the front desk that day and they said they would contact housekeeping. After this, the staff never contacted us to give us an update. We continued to ask at the front desk about it almost every day but each time we were just told that they would check with housekeeping and each time felt like the first time they had heard about it. It was disappointing that they never followed up or seemed to even be aware of the problem and never once did anyone apologise or even acknowledge the bad communication and situation. I felt the customer care was really poor and ultimately the staff were incredibly unhelpful and I returned home without it. I understand that accidents can happen, but losing a guest’s belongings and then failing to properly follow up or apologise reflects very poor customer service. Because of this experience, I ultimately wouldn't recommend staying here.

Room was quite small but perfectly appointed AC was great Nice and clean Would recommend, and super convenient for the tube station, literally right outside the door Loads of bakeries and stuff on the roundabout where the hotel is situated, as well as a shopping centre that we didn't visit

Le personnel à la réception a été toujours gentil et serviable. L’hôtel a un emplacement central, à deux pas d’une sortie de métro.

I enjoyed my stay here. Breakfast was really excellent, lots of choice of Greek food plus cereals etc. The rooftop bar is also great, with views across the city and surrounding hills, friendly staff and delicious cocktails!

Second time staying and is good as always

The hotel is very unique but the layout of the room is not guest-friendly when you are two people. Our room was pretty cramped and we had a direct view on an abandoned building. Sadly the neighborhood is probably not the best in Athens. The staff is very kind and helpful.

Chambre petite mais luxueuse. Très bien situé à l’entrée du métro. Rooftop avec piscine et bar génial!

værelset (junior suite) var fint. Der er ikke lydisolerede vinduer, så meget trafiklarm fra gaden allerede fra kl. 6 om morgenen. Morgenmaden var helt fint med godt udvalg.

Room was quite small and not as clean as a hotel room should be. Towels smell like fish.

Morgenmaden var meget lækker og stort udvalg. Meget små værelser og MEGET mørke værelser. En del støj fra gaden. Beliggenheden er super god og i gåafstand til det hele.

Mooie locatie, kamers zijn prima, functioneel en hebben nespresso en waterkoker, echt een heerlijke douche met goed veel druk/water. Dakterras is echt aanwinst, mooi uitzicht. Enige minpuntje was dat de massages niet meer in skylark gegeven werden maar in het Adia hotel, de massage was echt heerlijk en goed uitgevoerd, ( helaas wel EUR 20 duurder dan op de prijslijst in de kamer was vermeld) buiten dit kleine punt, fijn hotel, goede ligging en echt aanrader.

You cannot take a simple sandwich to the rooftop pool area … they kick you out. Seriously disappointed with the bartender that took our drink and food order at rooftop (he had a long hair pony tail fyi) dinner and the next day he is the one that told us we had to leave the pool area when we took a sandwich and salad to the rooftop pool area to enjoy the evening view of Acropolis. Absolutely do not recommend this place if you want to feel welcomed.

- Les photos sont bien prises, elles laissent penser que l’Acropole est bien plus proche. - les photos des chambres choisies montrent exclusivement des vues avec balcon sur Omonia Square. Nous avons eu une vue sur un mur.
