Our stay was excellent. Well located property. Extremely clean, helpful and friendly staff and delicious breakfast.

Een heerlijk verblijf gehad! De locatie is perfect: rustig gelegen, weg van de grootste drukte, maar tegelijkertijd strategisch ideaal om Milaan te verkennen. De kamers waren uitstekend verzorgd, comfortabel en van de kwaliteit die ik inmiddels van NH gewend ben. Het ontbijt was een absoluut hoogtepunt. Een uitgebreide en kwalitatieve selectie, geserveerd met een prachtig uitzicht vanaf het dakterras. De combinatie van comfort, gastvrijheid en ligging maakt dit hotel voor mij een aanrader voor iedereen die Milaan bezoekt. Ik kom hier graag nog eens terug!

The hotel was extremely clean and well kept. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful even offering an umbrella one evening when there was a sudden thunderstorm. The hotel is within walking distance to Milano Centrale train station and to one of the main shopping districts in the city. The only negatives were the incense smell in the lobby was a little overwhelming and when walking to/from Milano Centrale at times that walk can be a little sketchy. Overall though I recommend this hotel especially if being close to the main train station is important to you.

Many shops and markets all around the area . Metro and train and bus station within walking distance. Staff was very helpful. Would recommend

It is near central station. The location is not the best for tourism in Milan even though it is very convenient to take early trains or for late train arrivals.

Relativ neues Hotel mit gut schallisolierten Zimmern und sehr gutem Frühstück in ruhiger Atmosphäre drinnen oder auf der Dachterrasse möglich.

Excellent location less than 20 minute slow walk from train station also close to Lima metro stop. Quite and very clean room. Staff are the best thing in this hotel, very helpful and accommodating.

Great location in quiet street with good access to transport & rooms were excellent.

Walls are paper thin between rooms. A machine sprays perfume in the lobby every 30 seconds. So if you have allergies or are noise sensitive not the hotel for you. The staff is moody.

Due problemi rilevanti incontrati nel soggiorno : riscaldamento camera : pur settando il termostato a 20 gradi durante la notte la temperatura è salita tantissimo con calore + aria secca che hanno rovinato il sonno. Problema riscontrato anche dai miei colleghi. Probabilmente l'impianto è obsoleto. Inaccettabile. Secondo punto, alle 19:00 non è stato possibile usufruire del bar (pur aperto) in quanto il personale era assente. E' un hotel 4 stelle questo?
