The lodge is basic and small, but that's all we need.

Great room for the kids a bit far to walk with luggage but other than that great few days

Everything was fine. It’s a busy resort with a lot of turnover, so they need things to be built for efficiency. The escape room style gift for kids was a nice treat

Legiland Park Wondetful Woodland Lodge Wondetful Food WOEFUL I wouldn’t feed it to a dog. Overpriced, over processed, overcooked rubbish. Avoid eating in the Restsurant the food is disgusting!.

The woodland village lodge was perfect for our grandson he loved the TV in his room with Lego programmes the Lego he could play with a d the puzzle that allowed him to open the safe and find some goodies. Park was great too. Breakfast wasn't great, lots of cereals etc but cooked breakfast was not warm enough. Need more options too for example I would just have liked some toast and bacon or egg or something like that. Reception staff seemed to struggle a wee bit at times to help us when the room key wouldn't work or requesting a code for parking. Would recommend as our grandson loved it.

It is very dirty and dusty. No ac in rooms. Mold in showers. Sheets had stains on them. Dust everywhere.

We had a fantastic stay at the Woodland Village. The lodges were lovely and the kids loved the little Lego hunt and treat in the room. Everything was clean and on “theme” and the little parks were great. The staff were really helpful. The only reason I haven’t rated excellent is: Airplane noise from Heathrow which obviously is no one’s fault. Breakfast was really poor. Just recooked rubbery food and a tiny continental selection. You’d think after the amount you pay they’d have a coffee machine as well but only instant unless you wanted to buy a Costa. The early access to the park was a bit of a shambles with lots of queues and no one really knowing what was going on. We also queued for the coastguard ride for 10 minutes in the early queue to then be told it was shut by which point the other early ride queues were all busy! A lovely stay just a few niggles.

We stayed for 2 days and had a blast. Excellent facilities and the staff are great!

The Woodland lodge was very comfortable, a very good size for the 4 of us. Really liked the seating outside under the veranda. We would definitely book this again.

Breakfast was great just remember to book a time on the app

The property is beautiful - all the amenities and great playgrounds for the kids. Sign posting is terrible and staff responses are lacklustre at best.

The Woodland Village lodges are a great place for families to stay . The breakfast and food in the Clubhpuse was poor .

This was our 3rd stay at LEGOLAND but the first in the castle. Don’t feel the premium element is reflective of the high price tag. We had issues with the room electrics that staff did not sort even when we asked.

We stayed a night before a theme park visit the following morning - the hotel was easy to find, great parking and very clean. The only couple of things I would note - 1 - weirdly the outside of the lodge was really over grown and full of weeds! They have such an opportunity (and budget I imagine!) to properly landscape each outside space but unfortunately it looked really scruffy and not welcoming at all (loads of thistles too which would have been tricky if the kids had fallen into them) 2 - a distinct lack of mirrors! In the room there was one mirror in the bathroom but none in the main area so when using the hotel hairdryer I couldn't actually plug it in and it be long enough to see what I was doing. Another mirror in the main bedroom would have been helpful. Overall though the hotel was lovely, the kids loved the interactivity of getting the code to open the 'safe' and receiving a lego kit, too! The breakfast was adequate - we didn't book in advance enough for a table at a good time but we weren't in a rush to get in the park quite so early so that wasn't a problem for us. I assume on really busy days it would be recommended to book that early!
