I like the mini fridge and the A/C could be good if it doesn't go directly to our faces. The personal need customer service training in all areas. I took the best room of the hotel and it was on the third floor with no elevator and no help with the luggage.The room was too small for the bed and the tub access was very difficult. Receptionist didn't know how to explain where the parking garage was.

The breakfast was fresh if not plentiful. The A/C unit was struggling to keep up with the heat and leaking on the floor. The staff was efficient if alittle stand offish. We will probably stay here when we come back through.

El hotel nos pareció muy bueno para su precio. Estaba limpio y ordenado. Lo único negativo es el ruido del aire acondicionado que no nos dejaba dormir. Y muy temprano el ruido de la cocina. Espero puedan mejorar esos aspectos y con gusto volveremos.

Al llegar al hotel, se nos indicó que no habían habitaciones disponibles. Las habitaciones reservadas por nosotros les fueron alquiladas a otras personas.

Habitación limpia, ubicacion céntrica y tranquila. A metros de la Plaza de Armas y Casa de Grau. Me gusto, lo recomiendo.
