Chambre propre, personnel accueillant (à part la réceptionniste du matin pas souriante ni aimable). 20 bonnes minutes pour accéder à Europa Park mais c’est ok.

Ganz ok für eine Nacht

Hôtel à proximité immédiate de Europa Park (15min à pied). Même si le personnel ne parle pas français, l’accueil est top et souriant. Le hall de l’hôtel est très sympa avec un espace bar et repas/petit déjeuner (pas testé). Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres et conformes à ce que nous attendions. Le seul petit bémol est l’absence d’un coffre fort dans la chambre qui est toujours appréciable quand on passe 2 jours au parc. A noté que l’hôtel dispose d’un parking souterrain sécurisé mais pas compris dans le prix de la chambre (10€/nuit). Le rapport qualité/prix est toutefois bon à la vue des prestations et de la proximité du parc. Je recommande donc et y retournerai sans soucis lors de ma prochaine visite!

My daughter and I stayed here for one night while we were visiting Europa Park. We honestly loved everything about our stay. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and modern, and the vibe of the lobby was funky and fun! We splurged for the breakfast buffet which was one of the best breakfasts I have ever had (my daughter agrees and she is a picky eater). My only complaint is that the website states the hotel is a 12 minute walk to the park, when it was actually 21 minutes. The walk was easy enough though, so it was

Loved our stay at Hotel Moxy! The rooms are clean, spacious, and modern, with super comfortable beds and great air conditioning – we slept so well. The TV was up to date and really easy to use, which was a nice bonus. The bathroom was compact, as you’d expect, but very modern and really well equipped. The location couldn’t be better if you’re visiting Europa Park – it made our day there so easy and stress-free. We’d definitely stay again!

Très bien accueillie a notre arrivé, le personnel s'applique a nous répondre en français mais malgré la barrière la langue (français) on arrive très bien a se faire comprendre. Endroit convivial et très propre. A proximité d'épiceries, restaurants et l'endroit est très sécuritaire. Tout ce fait a pied, même l'Europa Park (20 minutes). Nous le recommandons fortement, sommes vraiment satisfait.

The staff were very nice and accommodating! The building and room looked clean and well taken care of. The only negative that I already knew about is that you don't necessarily have easy access to Europa Park and the walk to the Park Entrance is very far since you are unable to use their onsite hotel entrance to access the park. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you are in Rust!
