Everything was amazing

Was very happy with our stay at Onyx Hotel. All the staff was so nice and accommodating. Service was excellent. Denisa and Victoria at the front desk, were so helpful from setting up airport transfer pick up/ drop offs, to making suggestions for local eats, and dinner reservations. We enjoyed the free breakfast that was provided with our stay. Spirro was kind and attentive, made great suggestions to where we should go. Hotel, room and pool very clean. Great quiet location. 10 min walk to the bus stop. From the bus stop, about 10-15 mins ride to Fira. Would definitely recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay at Onyx, the staff was definitely the best part about it and everything met our expectations

Lovely small hotel but a little remote for us . 20 minute walk into Fira then a 30 min bus ride to Oia . Hot tub on our terrace was extremely small and room was quite small . We would stay in Oia next time . Thank you Victoria for arranging breakfast as we left before breakfast at the hotel was open at 8 am .

Very friendly staff, beautiful and exceptionally clean property, outdoor dining for breakfast. Lovely pool area.

Amazing hotel. Rooms were modern, comfortable, and clean. The pool was gorgeous. Staff were incredibly helpful and lovely. We enjoyed our stay immensely. 100/10⭐️ If you’re going to Santorini you must stay here!!

Abbiamo soggiornato io ed il mio ragazzo 5 giorni. Nonostante siamo arrivati la sera tardi, siamo stati accolti calorosamente dalla ragazza bionda alla reception che ci ha spiegato la mappa di santorini consigliandoci diversi ristoranti e spiagge (indicandoci anche dove potevamo mangiare quella stessa sera) dopodiché ci ha accompagnato alla camera e ci ha spiegato il tutto. Staff gentilissimo e super disponibile. Colazione a buffet sia dolce che salata. Camera stupenda, piena di comfort.

Vi var på hotellet i 5 netter. Og kan virkelig anbefale det. Ligger ca 30min gåavstand til Fira. Hotellet er kjempefint og renholdet var topp. De ansatte var så hyggelige og hjelpsom. De hjalp oss med leie av ATV, taxi til restaurant og til flyplassen. Når vi ankom viste de oss alt vi burde få med oss på øyen og andre anbefalinger.

Amazing hotel experience. Everybody was very friendly, willing to help with anything we needed. Would definitely go back in the same hotel . Location also perfect, very close to the airport and to Fira centre, and to Oia as well. At night though you can sleep in peace because it’s quiet. I can mention only positive things during our stay.

From the moment we arrived it felt like we were in paradise. From the incredible service from all the staff to the delightful room and amenities, we enjoyed our stay tremendously. With a short walk to get into the main town Fira or a very friendly transfer arranged by the hotel, Onyx is in a prime spot to have a very peaceful stay and still feel close to the hustle and bustle. 10/10 would recommend and would stay again.

This hotel was amazing! The staff was excellent! The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I hope to return again!
