we was not told about the hotel being just bought and under complete refurbishment. there was no bar or restaurant only a vending machine. Rooms were very tiered

Nothing good to say. It was very run down shower tap coming away from wall no hot water ,floor was wet in main area. painted tiles which was peeling away. Pillows were flat . It was a no smoking and it smelt of stale cigarette smoke

Lots of parking. Staff polite and welcoming. It may not be for everyone, but for me i need somewhere just to put my head down at night. And pricing of rooms not to bad.

Tryed 4 rooms 1st room i went into tv was broken and the bed base was broken room was very run down carpet was worn out 2nd room roof was leaking plast was hanging from celing as it was leaking bathroom was discussing tryed 2 other room and there was pubic hairs on the bed matress and bedding was stained rude staff left after half an hour and they refused me a refund would not stay a hostel would be cleaner picture must be AI as the rooms look nothing like on the hotels app

The whole experience was a disaster.... DO NOT STAY HERE..... Dirty,rundown ,out dated,

Staff member was unapproachable and not friendly. We were given no information about our room, the hotel, amenities or anything about our stay. As we walked through the hallways to our room we noticed the place looked tired and unkept. When reaching our room we saw that the rooms next to ours were gutted out and being refurbished which was good to see. However there were power cables causing a trip hazard and ripped carpet. Once in the room we found a broken bed, plug socket that wasnt working, the heater was hanging off of the wall and where there used to be a radiator, the metal brackets sticking out of the wall remained. The rest of the room was very dirty in places and needs alot of work, including broken tiles and marks all over the walls and carpet. We noticed in the morning that work had started on the adjacent room to ours and we could hear power tools very loudly, we were completely unaware of this as the staff had not informed us. Luckily we were awake anyway. When we left the room to check out not only was the noise pollution loud and overbearing for our infant but the hallway was filled with smoke/dust from the work being completed. We really were not happy with our stay but did not feel like we could approach staff with our issues. On top of this there was no notification about the bar and restaurant being closed, niether were we informed when we checked in.

The staff were fine but the hotel is dilapidated. I just can't recommend this hotel for what they charge.

Family room smelled of cigarette smoke. Wall was crumbling. Felt unclean and unsafe. Minimal reception and Wi-Fi. Kept having to remind ourselves that it’s just for one night to get through it. Will not be returning.
