perfekt in Bahnhofsnähe gelegen, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, sehr freundliche Rezeption

Room was pleasant and clean but small and with little storage space. Very helpful and welcoming staff. Excellent breakfast. Very convenient for Central Station - 15 minute walk.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel experience was so disappointing that I feel obligated to warn others. First, the amenities were either outdated, broken, or non-existent. What was advertised online did not reflect reality. The photos and descriptions were extremely misleading — what looked like a modern, clean space turned out to be poorly lit, worn down, and neglected. The lighting in the room and hallways was terrible, creating an uninviting and almost unsafe atmosphere. It was dim, with some bulbs not even working. The surrounding area of the hotel also felt sketchy and uncomfortable, which made coming and going a stressful experience, especially at night. Service was another major issue. Staff were inattentive and at times outright rude. Requests for basic things (like fresh towels or help with room issues) were either ignored or met with attitude. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had in a long time. Between the misleading listing, lack of upkeep, poor service, and bad location, I absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone. Spend your money elsewhere.

The property is close to the Rotterdam Central, quick walk to restaurants, laundry and a bakery. The night staff at the hotel were very helpful, I would stay at the hotel again. Rooms are small compared to North America, normal for Europe.

The rooms were fine but small. The hotel ran out of ice. Staff, for the most part were friendly. A few of them were not.

Ett medelmåttigt hotell som ligger lite off. Det som gör det hela än värre är att rummet ligger i en annan byggnad 300 meter ifrån receptionen. Rummet i sig var mörkt och trångt och inbjuder inte till att vistas där i onödan. Sett till kvaliteten var priset alldeles för högt. Hur detta ställe kan klassas som 4 stjärnigt och har högt snittbetyg är för mig ett mysterium. Kanske är det bättre på det "riktiga" hotellet som ligger ihop med receptionen. Sängen var skapligt bekväm dock och personalen i receptionen var proffsiga och trevliga. Sett till priset och vad du får för pengarna kan jag inte rekommendera detta hotell.

The were bugs in the WC room. And it is definitely not a 4 stars hotel. How the reception to checking in and out can 300 m from the hotel itself ? I urge everyone to avoid for you well being

Great hotel in a great location. Plenty of things to do and see around the area. Excellent staff friendly and welcoming. Lovely room had everything I needed. Al in all a wonderful stay.

Very nice hotel and amazing staff but was not super super clean for a hotel at this level.

It was ok for a quick stay in town

The srea was safe even very late at night. Bathroom was amazing but room was small but still very nice. Staff were very helpful. Walkable to train station.

Loved this hotel, room was spotless, nice walk into town, plenty bars and restaurants to chose from.

Nice hotel

Price wise it was good, but the room was very small and very dark. I think one of the main light wasnt working. Unfortunately we saw two strange bugs in our toilet for two consecutive nights which made us really nervous. We also booked non-refundable stay but requested if the hotel manager can refund us two nights out of four as a courtesey because we had urgent matter to attend but they refused. The lighting and bug made our experience not too great. The area also looked a bit shady. It is 15 mins walk to the central station and 20 mins tram ride to major attractions (more than 35 mins walk i believe)

Great hotel...no cooked breakfast

Ansich war die Unterkunft ganz nett, über das preis/leistungsverhältnis kann man sich aufjedenfall streiten. Was jedoch gar nicht ging ist das ein Mitarbeiter unbefugt meine Daten von meinem Personalausweis benutzt hatte um mich auf sozialen Medien zu finden. Was meiner Meinung nach überhaupt nicht geht. Das Hotel hatte auch erst nach einer 2ten Mail darauf reagiert & mehr als ein „wir bedauern es“ kam auch nicht. Ich (21 Jahre), war mit meiner Freundin (23 Jahre) alleine dort und das ein Mitarbeiter so mit den Daten umgeht, die man dem Hotel lediglich zum Check-In zur Verfügung stellt, ist einfach nur beunruhigend.
